Used this service once and it was outstanding, but the second time, the cleaner wasn’t professional, she used water to clean wooden floor, and sprinkle bleach on it which it damaged the floor, she was definitely not trained for that type of floor and the company Cleann.Pt are taking no responsibility, which I had to contact a lawyer, genuine comment here, avoid as they use untrained personnel.

Very unprofessional service. The cleaning was poorly done, and the company completely failed to handle feedback in a professional way.

Very disappointing. Paid for 2 cleaners for 3 hours for a move-out clean. We had to spend 3 hours AFTER they left to do the job right. Go elsewhere.

Out of two deep cleans I ordered with this company, one of them was terrible, and one was lacklustre.

The first clean, the cleaners wiped the floor with paper towels, leaving shreds of paper all of the floor that they had to pick up.

They didn’t some clean areas asked, for example the freezer had a large amount of mess in it that they missed, they didn’t sweep cob webs that I had asked, and they left one of our bathrooms half cleaned with cleaning product all over the shower.

And this was after almost 5/6 hours of cleaning, basic parts of the clean had been missed or half done.

The second cleaning was better but still not a deep cleaning.

The dish washer wasn’t cleaned, parts of the bathroom were not cleaned properly, the hoovering wasn’t very detailed leaving some residue.

There was also stains left of the wooden floor boards that weren’t there before the clean. The company debates this but I’m positive it wasn’t there before as the state of the apartment had been recorded as I was in the process of handing it back for the landlord.

To the companies credit, for the problems with the first clean, they sent a free clean to finish the job for us.

For the second clean they agreed to send someone to repair the floor and finish the clean, but have since seemingly retracted responsibility for the stains and have yet to arrange a re cleaning with me despite several attempts from myself.

Also to the companies credit, they were extremely fast in booking a next day cleaning and responding to all messages.

However over all, I do not recommend the company as 2/2 DEEP cleans being done poorly isn’t acceptable. If you pay for a deep cleaning you expect a certain level of attention to detail. Being met with a lack of basic cleaning is very frustrating.
