Poor Customer Service Experience with Returns
I requested for a full refund in the form of my original payment method. Arvie from customer service asked if I would like store credit in which I responded 'No' because I've already re-purchased a different ring from your company. This was two day ago and I still have not received a response from him or her. I also emailed him or her again this morning and called and left a voice message and it is now 6:45pm and have still not received a response.

Clean Origin not only has beautiful, quality diamonds, but they have superb customer service! I had to send my ring back to be sized and the process couldn't have been any easier. They responded quickly and my ring was returned to me within a couple weeks.

Excellent Customer Service
The customer representative was very helpful and attentive. I had paid extra to have this item delivered the next day. However, it did not arrive and I was very disappointed. When I called the company, the representative went over and above to make sure this gift arrived the following day. He was wonderful and gave me confidence in the company. He is a great asset!!!

My ring is stunning! I wanted something with a vintage feel/look and that is exactly what I received. I customized the ring to my liking, and chose one of the lab created diamonds. Ring is nice. Price was good. Most of all I'm glad I didn't contribute to the disgusting methods involved with the extraction of conventional diamonds. That's really why I chose a lab grown diamond. Looks no different than a "real" diamond. Girlfriend is very happy. Oops I mean fiance
