I was looking for an engagement ring and heard about Clean Origin from a friend who purchased their diamond ring with them. I checked out their website and it was clean and easy to navigate. I contacted them via email and received a very quick response from Kim! She was very friendly and well informed. She guided me and equipped me with the knowledge I needed to choose the perfect ring. I created my ring through the site and purchased! The shipping was fast and secure and tracking was easy! The ring came out perfect! Highly recommend!

I just got my engagement ring today. It is absolutely stunning. I was very skeptical in the beginning but it’s so much more worth it!!! 100% original review.

We ordered an engagement ring from clean origin back in 2020 and the ring is top notch. My fiance has been through a bike accident and many other scuffs and scrapes and this ring has held up. Not a single side stone has fallen out. The diamond is bright and beautiful. Not sure why they don't have a better rating. They even resized for us for free.

Would buy again 100%.

Rings a good but it's only been issue after issue. I don't know what's wrong with their process over there but it's all over the place. They made not 1 mistake but 6 mistakes.

If you are ordering from Canada and don't want to deal with the whole hassle of customs, then I suggest you reconsider and look elsewhere.

Full disclosure, I have yet to order a diamond from Clean Origin just yet, but I plan to very soon! Just deciding on the right one. I just wanted to write about what amazing customer service I have received so far. Especially with customer service reps Clare and Robert. Robert was my first point of contact, he answered my phone call when I wanted to ask about particular stones online and I ended up spending thirty minutes on the phone with him picking his brain on all things diamonds since he has over 30 years experience in the industry. His candor about the stones their various positives and negatives based on my wants was so helpful and assured me that this was a great company to work with. I ended up calling him again to ask him more questions and I was met with the same ease and knowledge and helpfulness as the first call! He treated me like a friend and it put me at such ease. Then, Clean Origin followed up with even more great service when I got connected with Clare through messaging and then continued our convo over text. She went above and beyond to get me all the information I needed when inquiring about another stone. She was messaging me back and forth for a couple days, responding almost instantly to my messages and taking the time to reach out before I did, anticipating my needs and letting me know she was there and keeping my request a priority. Even when I eventually told her the stone she had put so much effort into helping me with might not be the one she sent me the loveliest message letting me know that she understands it’s a special purchase and that I should take my time and that she would be there to help in any way possible when I find the diamond I want. I am so impressed with Clean Origin so far and I am definitely going to buy a diamond from them soon. I just have to make up my mind on exactly what I want!! Thank you Clare and Robert! You have made my experience so far a joyful one!!!

I cannot recommend Clean Origin enough. The process of selecting my diamond and setting was seamless and everything was processed and delivered on time. The ring is even more gorgeous than I could have imagined. If you are looking for a lab created diamond look no further than Clean Origin. With out question they are the best!

Terrible customer service. I worked with customer service and they are completely unwilling to work with you or take seriously an important purchase. Very disappointed. They claim to have a "satisfaction guarantee," but if you have a problem with the purchase, they only allow ONE return, justified by "environmental concerns" in making their diamonds (although their concerns must not be too critical if they do free promotions with your purchase). So you better hope you are satisfied with your replacement, because it's a "final sale." Seems disingenuous to call that a "guarantee"

As you can see in their reply, Clean Origin considers satisfying the customer as "unnecessary waste." If you have an issue with the second item purchased from them, they view the fixing of your issue as "unnecessary." Keep that in mind before purchasing.

Smooth experience from start to finish. I recieved my ring today and it is absolutely gorgeous. The stone is beautiful and the setting meticulous. I highly recommend Clean Origins.

Where can I begin… my entire shopping experience with Clean Origin was wonderful from beginning to end!! I first started at other jewelers who put on a lot of pressure to buy a diamond ASAP, but not so with Clean Origin!

I’d like to give a shout out to both Sali and Kim who were both wonderful during all of my interactions. They were both very patient with my many, many questions regarding the details of the particular diamond I wanted (4 Cs specifics) as well as how lab grown rings compared to mined rings (Kimberly process, ethically sourced, environmental impact, etc) and they never once made me feel pressured during the process.

Lastly, I scoured the internet and looked at many vendors before ultimately choosing a very high quality VVS1 E Color 2 carat princess cut diamond from Clean Origin. From my personal experience, they have the best pricing by far! They even offer a “Forever Plan” for jewelry maintenance, cleaning, and resizing! A similar ring from local jewelers cost anywhere from 3x to 8x in price which, combined with the outstanding customer service, ultimately made this a simple and crystal clear decision!

Generally satisfied. Purchased a stunning diamond but had some issues with the ring setting. There were a few challenges with customer service but management stepped in and was very supportive, understanding and eager to resolve the issue. At the end of everything I’ll consider Clean Origin again in the future based on the beauty of the diamond and trust in their management team.

Disappointed!! My engagement ring that I ordered looks like used . It took a month for the order to arrive. My thought was the Diamond has to be cut and polishing , making a ring it’s ok for a month , not complaining until I got the ring !! Clearly i can see both sides of the ring has so much scratches. I tried to clean it but it was impossible and I don’t have time to return it . I’m not buy the cloth or whatever that I can return it and wait . Maybe just once in the whole life !!

Ordered an engagement ring and received it quickly and on time. However, the setting was not put on properly and the diamond was actually curved to the left instead of straight as it should be. There were also scratches on the ring and setting, which should have been buffed out.

Phone number take many tries to get through but finally spoke with an agent. Informed him I need it back by July 9th and he said he would do his best to get it fixed. I am still waiting now 2 days later on an email with return instructions to send back the ring, so my hopes are not high as of now. Very frustrating and when I try calling today it just goes straight to a VM with computer voice saying no one is available to take my call and to leave a message.

As of now not happy at all. I will update by July 9th to see if anything changes. I sure hope it does.

Responded to advertisement of 2ct TW diamond stud Earrings. Click add and it said $325.00. Then it asked what shape diamond you would like, round, princess( add charge) etc. Then what metal for setting 14kt white gold, 14kt yellow gold, 18kt white gold ( added charge) etc. Then it was what kind of backing, standard or screw post( added charge). Came to $369 or so. Ordered it for my daughter and couple of hours later she gets an email saying that just the setting was ordered, do you want to order diamonds for them? WHAT? AD SAID 2CT TW DIAMOND STUD EARRINGS! Very deceptive!

I bought a ring through Clean Origin, but had life get in the way so I was just outside the 100-day warranty policy (115 days or so). The ring didn't fit and the setting was not right, but Clean Origin refused to fix it so I'm stuck with a ring that doesn't fit and is in the wrong setting. I wish they cared about customers more than their policy -- I'd understand if I had somehow abused the policy, but I'm just trying to get a normal service. Do yourself a favor and visit a real store -- don't buy a ring online!

My fiancé ordered a ring for me, I loved the look but it broke within a month and after I sent it back in to be fixed it came back worse. We returned it and bought a more expensive ring but they told us that if we wanted another ring we couldn't return it even if it had the same problem (the diamond was so loose it rattled and obviously was about to fall out of the setting). We decided to buy from a different company with lab grown diamonds called great heights.

The engagement ring I purchased arrived today. It is beyond gorgeous. It's really stunning! Pleasant experience buying it and they were able to get the ring to me early (thanks!). I'm taking it to a local jeweler on Friday for a thorough examination, to make sure the prongs are tight and everything is on the up and up (I read a review from someone who said they lost their diamond right after purchase.) If everything is good, I'll come back and make this review a full five stars. So far, so very good.

The day of the engagement, we celebrated at night and, even in the dim lighting, the ring sparkled beautifully and my fiancée got constant compliments on how sparkly and beautiful the ring was. Another big thanks to Andrew here as he pointed me to a diamond that would go well with the band I wanted and promised it would sparkle beautifully, which it did!).

Oh, did I mention the price? Fantastic setting and diamond for an extremely fair price. Definitely doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off here.

Overall, I cannot recommend cleanorigin enough. Fantastic jewelry, a very easy process, amazing customer service, and an awesome return policy. I've already recommended them to a family member and will without a doubt return for future jewelry purchases.

I researched many companys before choosing Clean Origin. I read reviews for the other companys saying things like th he dimond they got was fake or they overpaid. But when I came across Clean Origin they had none of that in there reviews but now I know why. My ring came on time, it was Affordable, the dimond was real and it was beautiful. I've been married 3 years with no ring because I lost the first ring. I promised my amazing beautiful wife that I would get her a ring she deserves. And thanks to Clean Origin, I was able to keep my promise to her by giving her an truly amazing dimond ring. Thank you Clean Origin for being a Honest Company who really cares how important buying a dimond can be. I could never thank you enough. And for anyone reading this my wife loves her ring.

I was honestly a little nervous to order an engagement ring online. I never did anything like this before and did not want to get ripped off. However, I did my research and Clean Origin is legit. They were super helpful and made the processes very straight forward. I like to do transparent business and Clean Origin was very transparent about their price and how long the process takes to get your diamond. My now fiance is very very happy.
