Great Company with Great Customer Service

I ordered a stone and setting from Clean Origin and the ring was beautiful. Unfortunately, while my wife loved the diamond, she didn't like how dainty the setting was. The wonderful people at Clean Origin allowed me to take the ring to a local jeweler to remove the stone so I could return the setting for a full refund (on just the setting).

My wife decided to have a setting made locally so she can have it custom-made and just use the diamond that I ordered from Clean Origin. We have gone to a couple different local jewelers and everyone has commented on how beautiful the diamond is. I would absolutely use Clean Origin again and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

We are very pleased with the diamond. I cannot find the laser inscribed number on the base of the diamond. Can I see it with a jewelers loupe? Where on the diamond is it? Thanks, Patrick Ford

Very happy

Was skeptical at first but what a great choice. Diamond I purchased was a 1.55 carat round J color. Unbelievably bright and shiny and no hint of yellow at all!!!! What a great company.

Best online purchase!!!

I purchased the Milano bridal set in platinum. It is absolutely beautiful!! Exactly what I've been looking for. Customer service was amazing even when I decided to change the stone and resize. It was quick, safe amd painless. They didn't even have an attitude about me wanting to change the stone. Even the boxes were gorgeous!!!

This was by far the easiest experience…

This was by far the easiest experience and I’m happier than I could have ever imagined with my gorgeous new 3 piece wedding set. The 3ct center stone is absolutely stunning.
Kim went out of her way to help with some delivery issues we were anticipating and everything went so smoothly thanks to her. Thank you!!!

The entire process of selecting the…

The entire process of selecting the diamond and setting was simple. The ring was affordable and the best part, of course, was that my fiancé loved it. The ring looked even better in person. I also had the piece of mind of knowing that the ring was conflict free and relatively environmentally friendly. Would definitely recommend it.
