I have done 2 jobs for them in the past few weeks and they ran me all over hell and half of Oklahoma because of their lack of communication with cleaners and customers. Note I have not been paid for either job and no matter how many times I chat or email or call…nobody can respond and tell me why they haven’t paid me

Was great, person cancelled last minute so they arranged a new person without issue

I worked for them one time and never got paid they will tell you they gone send it and never do don't trust working for them and then called me and ask me to work for them again but I never got paid they a rip off they will call you to ever say for work too it's sad

So my first booking with cleanster for my Airbnb property, charged my credit card one day before, ended up no show, no communication, no Custer support a The only support is an email address, got a response after a day offering refund in Credit, expressed my frustration and requested refund to my credit card, no more reaponses, so deleted my credit card andand their operations team’ called early in the morning before the next booking, after one week still no one responding to my refund request, had to request chargeback from my bank. Totally garbage company

I cleaned a 4 bar 3 bath airbnb and have not been paid. Yes all of the folks that had their homes cleaned are giving great reviews. Because they had a great cleaner. The cleaners don't get paid. I am livid. Not to mention it was suppose to be a 5 hour job it took 8 hours. Ive tried calling texting calling again and nobody answers.

They want to pay for a five-bedroom 3-bath cleaning, $54, that's all. It's the worse app I have ever encountered

If I could give them zero I would. They have been texting me over and over for years. I have asked them politely to please stop texting me please stop contacting me and they won’t stop. They make me so infuriated and I feel like I’m getting bombarded by a scammer

Cleanster is a great app where I can get my house cleaned fast and good. Price is good.

Mitsy was great! She was very polite and explained everything she was going to do around my apartment and she made it smell amazing and nothing was left uncleaned and she also helped me find mold in my shower that I didn’t even know was there and cleaned it for me which was another plus! Cleanster is a great app and would definitely recommend for people who are looking for some extra help!

We relocated to a new city and were looking for a reliable cleaning company that could tackle our home every 2 weeks. A quick online search took us to Cleanster, where we read reviews and downloaded the app. I appreciate the ease of use, swift search, and quality of the cleaners. We'd had 2 different cleaners, and both were thorough, timely, and pleasant. So glad we stumbled upon this app. It definitely made our move and settlement in a new city easy!

Booked and paid for domestic help. Received a do not reply text confirming. No show on the day with no way of direct contact. So assume essentially a scam service.

They are not paying people , they keep saying billing team . How can the new system be worse than the new one . I did a cleaning Oct 26th and still not have got paid .

I had a great experience with Cleanster today. Olga was scheduled to arrive at 9:30 am for a scheduled 4 hour house cleaning. Olga was right on time, very polite, and did a fabulous job. My house smelled clean. I will definitely be using Cleanster again and highly recommend them.

Nicole was the best did the most amazing cleans got every nook and cranny. Even my walls! I’m in love with how clean my place is thank you Nicole!!

If you’re thinking about using the Cleanster app, here’s a heads-up. The CEO, Gloria Oppong, runs things in a way that raises some red flags. They have cleaners showing up higher on the rating system and claiming they’ve done multiple cleanings. But when I spoke to one cleaner in person, they told me it was actually their first job. I’ve got screenshots and everything.

That’s just the start, though. Cleaners don’t usually show up on time, are often late, cancel within two hours of the appointment, or just don’t respond at all. The quality is pretty low too, especially considering they charge around $35 an hour. They say the cleaners are thoroughly vetted, but that’s questionable—sometimes they send a replacement who doesn’t even match the profile picture.

Oh, and if you ask for a refund, they’ll only give you credits, not an actual refund to your payment method, even if you request it. Overall, I’d steer clear of this company.

I am a cleaner in this company, for 3 weeks no one thinks to pay the salary, it's the same thing, they are scammers
