I wish I read all this comments before! Terrible experience with non professional cleaners, they aren’t trained at all. Completely the opposite. Customer service doesn’t exist. This company is a total scam! Don’t hire it!

Cleaner didn't bother showing up and no communication about it. Been waiting for over an hour to speak to someone at customer service to get my money back. Complete waste of time. Recommend that you avoid.

Cancelled less than an hour before, their customer service is completely unreachable.

Ridiculous.

Generally absolutely terrible. They cancel at the last minute, and today I had a complete no show. I have tried so many times to give this company a chance and have used them for 6 months but that is it now. I am completely fed up of being messed around and people not turning up when they are supposed to. There have been some really lovely cleaning professionals come to my house over the last 6 months but the time has come now to sever ties. Not a viable long term solution as it is so inconsistent.

They serve Mutlubiev in Turkey I bought a cleaning+hygiene package to take place on August 26th.
The cleaner reported that she stepped on the kitchen counter and broke it. And she called the company manager to report the damage , the we called the station and informed them. At 10:38 a.m. on the same day , we also sent an e-mail with the images of the damage to
So they called a couple times and directed to the expert to our hosue and he came and took the measurements.This process took about 2 weeks but it did not end.
After all the conversations, customer service fell into a deep silence. I tried to get information from live support and everytime we were we'd call tou , but no one called to us.
We haven't been able to use the kitchen in 2 months. They are always stalling us. Psychological discomfort affect us.They offer insured services but they don't provide it when there's a problem. And they are tearing down your house. DON'T BE FOOLED !!! DON'T TRUST THAT COMPANY !!

Really recommend easy to use with no fail

Absolutely useless, had them round twice as they had left toilet, sink, settee, fridge and parts of bathroom filthy. Was given numerous excuses, we don’t offer that clean, the engineer could not clean that etc. I had to do it myself in the end. Don’t waste your time with these cowboys. 300 quid for a small one bed flat.

Don't waste your money on their services. Not professional and not trained.
I used them twice and both times the cleaners were late, not professional, terrible cleaning, broke my things and left things dirtier than when they arrived. Eve their customer service is not responsive and just plain bad.

Quite unclear policy. You tell the app how much time the cleaning will take and if it takes less you are charged the whole amount anyway. Cleaners come without wipes or even gloves which is not confirmed anywhere and you only find out when they first come. There is an option to have them come with wipes AND cleaning liquids for an extra fee. Unclear for how long you are booking a recurring service and what the terms are for early termination.

Worst clean ever

200 pounds for an end of tenancy clean. Dirt everywhere, marks everywhere. Even garbage left. Clean not worth £10.

Stay away from this company it is awful

Waste of money - AVOID !!

Paid £140, 1 person came for less than 2.5 hours
You may as well pay a basic cleaning person for 5 times cheaper, it would be the same result.

We trusted them and let them off the hook, but the agency's check-out was pointing out that almost everything still needed cleaning.

Only abusing the "end of tenancy" keyword to multiply their rate, nothing more. Their service was not a end of tenancy level.
