Very good service
I changed from a well-known competitor to ClearSale because they were recommended to me. I've recommended them to others in turn, because ClearSale's service has been an important part of my business. I'm now paying less and getting better service.
The only small downside I can think of is that I've had at least one order that didn't get a guarantee, not because ClearSale thought it was fraudulent, but just because they couldn't reach the customer by phone. I was able to reach & verify them myself by email, and haven't had a charge back (it's been over 6 months now). So: in the end you are the one who makes the decisions, but ClearSale sure makes things easier for you.

I was able to turn off AVS with my credit card processor, putting an end to large number of false declines without any increase in fraudulent transactions. Higher conversion rates & happier customers!

ClearSale has better rates than competitors and puts forth personal effort to ensure legitimate sales get through rather than automated responses. I haven’t had many sales yet but they have been good support and respond timely to questions.
