Placed a order on August 31, 2025 and charged my account on day of order. As of October 1,2025 I have not received my order. I don't recommend this company.

Saw the ad and thought the slot grill was a pretty good thing to have on road trips, so ordered one. For some reason this "American" product was originally shipped from Ireland then was lost somewhere in Des Moines. Got in touch with the company and they shipped a new one... from China. All told, shipping took about 8 weeks. I was irritated to see that the ONLY resemblance between what I ordered and what I received was how it fit together. It's flimsy and too small to cook more a couple burgers or chicken breasts.

false advertising, total rip-off, I bought 3 grills for $151.00 including shipping. thin flimsy material, very small in size compared to the videos showing the grill, these grills are garbage. They are not going to give me a refund they offered me $20 or i can ship the grill back at my expense which they said would be expensive. I am out $151.00 for junk that I can't use. total rip-off.

Ordered 2 slot grills that they say were made in Texas. Looked at the pictures they advertise and thought, nice!! What I got was shipped from Italy and thin enough to wipe a baby's bottom with! Filed a complaint and they said, you got what you ordered 😂...jokes on me I guess...dont waste your money buying anything from them.

I only give one star, because I can't give zero.
Slot grill is absolute garbage. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DIRTBAGS.
Their website says they have 4.5 stars from TrustPilot.
Obviously, they lie. A true tribute to their Chinese ancestors and heritage.

This company is completely untrustworthy. All the products they sent are not as advertised, and it’s a total scam. I’ll be giving them one star, since that’s the lowest rating possible. Please do not purchase anything from this place; it’s a complete rip-off

I purchased a "slotted grill" from this company. The picture showed one of heavy steel and could hold a burger or steak. However, the one I got would fall apart if a chicken wing was put on it. The material was so thin and cheap, I wouldn't trust it to hold up under direct sunlight, let alone any heat from charcoal. It's a total and complete scam, the number I got was also fake when I tried to call it some guy answered to say it was a wrong number. DO NOT waste money on this company for ANY PRODUCT they offer.

Slot grill looked sturdy and well priced @ $40something AUD & fast delivery.
Got to checkout and price changed to USD. I sacked up the hit because I wanted that heavy duty grill in my 4wd. Freight took nearly a month. Package arrived yesterday and low and behold, it was a piece of crap. Thin plate like the one they warn against in their ad, so fragile the bottom of the pit separates if you apply the tiniest bit of pressure to the plate.
I made contact immediately and they happily offered $4USD as compensation. I advised that won't work so they upped it to $6. It owes me a bit over $100 AUD so I think I'll just report them to PayPal for fraudulent advertising.
BTW, they just admitted there factory is in China as a way of deterring me from sending it back.
I'm not sending it back, I'm going to film it falling apart and share that with the world.

Misleading product advertisement. Item is promoted as H.D. thick steel, made in Texas. Product is thin gauge flimsy metal shipped via Denmark. I wouldn't have paid $6.00 this junk at Walmart, advertised at $39.00 + tax. Charged my credit card $63.00.

I purchased 2 collapsible steel grills for $100 from what I though was an American company (that's how they make it seem) with a delivery promise of about a week. I reached out many times with and received a broken English response of "we are working on your delivery". I tried to cancel but they refused. A month later I received a thin-sheet metal piece of garbage, so requested a refund. When i tried to ship back to China, I found out that it would cost me $140 for shipping.

Slot Grill is complete garbage. Made of super thin sheet metal that warped and bent immediately after heating charcoal. It barely cooked 5 hot dogs before falling apart. Don’t believe the advertising of heavy duty cast iron type metal. Complete waste of money!

Total scam. Ordered a slot grill that was advertised as being made from thick, cast iron type, heavy duty steel. What arrived is flimsy, scratched, and ridiculously poor quality, not to mention that it took over a month to arrive.

Fake tracking numbers. Product never arrived. The company takes your money, doesn’t deliver and will not offer a refund. The company is a scam and should be avoided. Buyers Beware!

When you buy products online, you are expected to receive it in a timely manner. This company is not transparent as to their shipping practices. Their products come from China and you better be prepared to wait over a month to get it. Buyer beware. There are many other companies out there that have the same product who ship from the US. This is more frustrating to try to track a shipment from China. Never again will I buy from this company.

I’m still waiting a month for my product. They gave me a bogus tracking number that no carrier in the USA uses.
Do not use this company , it’s a rip off site!
I had to file a PayPal dispute.

I purchased an item and instantly changed my mind after seeing the price change. They told me I couldn’t cancel because it was already shipped (I emailed them within an hour). They told me to wait to receive the item to then return it. When I received the item they told me it would be a lot of money to ship back to their department in china and had sent me back and forth 10 messages avoiding my question of how to return the item. Worst customer service ever. Do not buy from them.

I ordered a stand up weed remover that broke within 1 hour of use. I asked for a full refund as was offered a 10% refund. Completely scam.

It's a scam!
