Awful experience
Awful experience, poor interviewing, poor training and poor systems. Ended my contract as I needed to take emergency time out to deal with a sick wife. Was only two days !!! Avoid them

I worked in the call center and was mad to push sales and broadband sales otherwise you would be threatened with disaplinery action. They also recruit people who have no interest in customer care whatsoever and the promote managers who look down on you and degrade you. They also do not support equality and diversity and let managers get away with joining in on the bullying and harassment.

This is a company to be wary of. They are an outsourced call provider for BT to 'switch' customers over to EE. Had a text saying my line was being disconnected unless a called BT. When I rang they said I had to switch over to EE now. Not true. Olly the sales agent for 'BT' put me on the spot to sign into a new 2 year contract. Since learned it's called churn and return. I am going to complain to Offcom. This is an illegal practice.
