Had a great time! I bought a few Wacky Mart Labubu items and it came super fast and is authentic. Iris is super good at communicating and am so happy with the products. While it is expensive, it is genuine items!
It was my first labubu so I was skeptical but it was shipped (and arrived) within two weeks safely. I ordered QuQu and he was so cute, the box hadn't been opened so I got to open everything myself :)
The customer service is actually pretty good! I have first ordered popmart that was unfortunately out of stock, I received quickly an email by iris from the customer service to explain the situation, no problem I changed my order for others!

It came in approximately 2-3 weeks but we were in Christmas holidays so it is casual to get it a little bit late. The package was safe for the figures. The popmarts are officials but not new! It is written in the description of the article no problem with that! They can come in other boxes, I ordered azura but I received it in a skullpanda box, it doesn't matter I was only interested in the figure and I was not disappointed! I also got the cards for the figures, I totally recommend it 🥰
