Bought the Xmas crackers that were supposed to have Swarovski
Crystal items inside. Not one item inside matched the box photos or had crystals. Material friendship bracelets mostly. Waste of money

Bought 6 expensive crackers what was inside was tacky, one broken broach, and a snapped necklace. Emailed customer service numerous times, been constantly asked for order number and postcode despite given it 4 times already, they vlearly had no interest in dealing with my valid complaint. You recieve poor quality items and even shocking customer "service". Avoid.

Brilliant service, great discounts, this company does what it says it is going to do. No a thing to complain about.

Ordered six luxury crackers from this company via wowcher and all I can say is- what an absolute scam, each cracker promises the item in a velvet pouch and this is not the case at all. The gifts are terrible, cheap quality and three bottle openers which you’d expect from a basic cracker . Maybe this company sends out the proper ones if you order directly from them but otherwise it’s a complete scam. There is absolutely no way that these crackers are supposed to be £45 - the whole cracker looks cheap (think poundshop cheap) let alone when you actually see the gifts. So now I’m stuck with terrible crackers and I’m £20 down.

Ordered loads off this site this year. Quality is amazing considering the prize. Highly recommend the crackers. The prizes I received was incredible

Clear crystal never fail to amaze me, brilliant deals very reasonable prices and jewellery quality is fantastic. I asked them to make my latest order presentable as it’s going straight to my sister and they did just that. Fast delivery and excellent communication, clear crystal is my “go to” for that special little gift.

I just love Clear Crystal and have brought Christmas Crackers - my granddaughter is going to love these as she likes anything that sparkles. Also some jewellery - I have several items and love them.

The bracelet I bought looked beautiful but sadly snapped after a few days wearing. I have returned it and am still waiting for a refund.

Loved earrings and bracelet I bought and was pleased to receive a free advent calender will enjoy opening it. Arrived on time. Easy to use website which helps people of an older age.

Just a great experience with no problem whatsoever the items were first class and beautiful will be purchasing a lot more happy customer.

Stunning items and great free gift with my order am very impressed

The bracelet are fine just what I need but your free offers are rubbish I’ve brought 10 bracelets and put the code in and have never received one free gift let alone 4 which is how many I should of had

Dont recall signing up but been receiving mails , bit strange for me
