I have ordered 4 times now with this company, 2 sofas ,a bed, an armchair and a pouffe and have had an absolute bargain each time, no problems with delivery and I like how customer friendly they are so was shocked to see some of the reviews so thought Id leave my own experience.

Overall, great attentive company. I have a couple of sofas from them, and no faults to mention. 5/5. The only thing I'd say, is the company they use for deliveries is not great! Very impolite and unhelpful!

We bought a sofa from ClearCycle and couldn’t be happier. It was much cheaper than the retailer, arrived quickly, and was in immaculate, as-new condition. I expected signs of refurbishment but it looked brand new!
Customer service was excellent—great communication every step of the way. We also love their eco-friendly ethos: giving returned or surplus items a second life instead of sending them to landfill. Great product, great company, great values!

Ordered a Swyft sofa from ClearCycle on eBay, believing that we got such a good bargain, until there was a delay in our order being delivered on time.
We got in contact with customer services to find out what was going on and it only went down hill from there... were falsely informed that it was being looked into. We were clearly being lied to, and we expressed our frustration because it became ongoing over a few weeks without the sofa that we'd purchased. We were told by one of your team that they know we're stressed, but to imagine how they feel? What a strange thing to say to a customer.
We received a tracking number and took it upon ourselves to ring the courier to find out more, only to be told the order had been cancelled??? So we went back to customer services and without notice, received our money back. We tried to follow up on what had happened, but have clearly been ignored.
We've since posted 1* reviews, you've replied with false information and claimed that we were in constant communication, but also we've been using accusatory language, are you joking? What a circus of a company. I would really recommend anybody to avoid purchasing from this place. AVOID.
What a joke of a response to give to this review - you did nothing to resolve it. Do better.

We ordered a sofa from Clearcycle on 8 July, and as of 21 July, we’ve not received a single meaningful update—let alone the actual item. This has been, without exaggeration, one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.
At first, we were told dispatch would take just a few days. Then came the vague excuses: a “warehouse issue,” followed by assurances that the item had been “dispatched” and was “with the courier.” Every timeframe they provided came and went—without contact, without delivery, and without any accountability. We were told we’d be contacted by the courier within two working days. That was over a week ago.
What makes this experience truly infuriating is how consistently misleading and contradictory Clearcycle’s communication has been. We were essentially strung along with empty promises, generic responses, and a complete lack of follow-through. Even Clearcycle themselves admitted they hadn’t stuck to their own timelines—but showed zero urgency to actually fix the problem.
To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. Their phone line? Never answered as it goes straight to voicemail. You can’t speak to a human being. It’s a black hole. I had to chase every single update, and even then, I was met with templated responses like “we’re contacting the courier” for nearly two weeks.
The final insult came on 21 July, after we escalated the case via eBay. Only then were we given a tracking number and the name of the courier. I contacted the courier myself immediately and was told—within minutes—that the shipment had been cancelled by Clearcycle on 15 July. They evidently knew this. For six full days, they knowingly misled us, pretending the item was still out for delivery when it had already been cancelled.
This isn’t just incompetence—it’s deliberate obfuscation. Sara, the so-called “Customer Experience Manager,” tried to present herself as being helpful, yet none of her promises to contact the courier or provide updates were honoured. It's frankly insulting to suggest she had our best interests in mind when the facts clearly show otherwise. Had anyone on their team spent even one minute checking the tracking link (which I did myself), they would have seen it was cancelled.
Let’s not forget the so-called “goodwill refund” of £50, which was later deducted from the total refund—so in the end, it wasn’t goodwill at all, just more wasted time waiting for a sofa that was never going to arrive.
This company operates with zero transparency, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers' time or trust. Their logistics are a mess, their internal communication is clearly broken, and their customer service is beyond unacceptable.
To make matters even worse, I felt compelled to update this review after seeing Clearcycle’s patronising and dishonest response. They claimed they had “kept me updated every step of the way” and that my review “does not reflect the service I received.” That statement alone absolutely infuriated me. Not only is it untrue — it is a blatant attempt to rewrite the facts and discredit genuine customer concerns. Their response shows no insight, no ownership, and certainly no remorse for the appalling experience they put me through.
Do yourself a favour—avoid Clearcycle. You’ll save yourself frustration, wasted time, and the deep disappointment of being misled at every stage.
Clearcycle should be ashamed.

I have now placed multiple orders- Good honest company with very helpful staff.
Everything has been exactly as described apart from one item and after i reported this, they were very helpful in getting it resolved.
I can't fault this company and I have already strongly recommended them to friend's/family.

I’ve placed multiple orders with this company, and unfortunately, each time I’ve encountered the same issue: about a week after placing the order, I’m contacted and asked to pay additional charges that weren’t mentioned upfront. In some cases, the order ends up being cancelled after a few weeks with no clear resolution.
This recurring pattern is frustrating and feels unprofessional. I hope the company takes steps to improve transparency and streamline their ordering processes

Purchased an ottoman bed, once delivered I opened up the two boxes to find that the majority of box two was missing. I couldn’t put the bed together as all I had was the frame and no bolts, metal frame and slats to put it together. Disappointed as I thought Clearcycle checked the parcels before selling them on to ensure all parts are there, plus they grade the condition of the item you are purchasing, but how can they grade it if they haven’t checked it over?
They sent a replacement box with the missing parts which the courier company then failed to deliver on the delivery date. I waited in for the delivery and they didn’t show or even ring to advise that they wouldn’t be delivering. Clearcycle offered £30 compensation for this. I then found out from the courier company that they have mislaid the item. Told Clearcycle this and asked them to prepare me a replacement parcel but they kept telling me that the delivery is going to be delivered on Wednesday despite me explaining that the couriers have said they have lost the parcel.
Eventually Clearcycle then said they would prepare a replacement, a few hours later then said they don’t have the parts and I had to choose a different bed. I requested a different one because I am without a bed and desperate at this point (asked for further compensation but was told no because they’d already given me £30 back and the bed I chose was more expensive). I then found the original bed I wanted but just normal rather than ottoman so requested that instead. Again asked for compensation seeing as the bed I would be receiving was cheaper than the ottoman I had originally ordered and was told no. The compensation they originally gave me was because the original problem was missing parts and the courier company messing up. I have not been given compensation for them not being able to fulfil my original order and me having to accept a lower value bed. Totally disgraceful and not happy at all.
FURTHER EDIT DUE TO RESPONCE FROM CLEARCYLE. THE REPLACEMENT BED WAS NOT OF HIGHER VALUE, IT WAS OF LESS VALUE AS THE BED IN PURCHASED WAS AN OTTOMAN AND IN THE END I HAD TO ACCEPT A NON OTTOMAN VERSION. I ASKED FOR A FURTHER REFUND TO COMPENSATE THIS BUT THEY FAILED TO GIVE ME ONE AS KEPT SAYING I HAVE ALREADY HAD A £30 REFUND, DESPITE THEM NOW ACKNOWLEDGING THAT REFUND WAS FOR THE INITIAL PROBLEMS. EBAY HAS NOT REFUNDED ME AND I HAVE ENDED UP PAYING MORE THAN WHAT THR BED I RECEIVED WAS WORTH.

Our third order and brilliant again. £1200 sofa bed for £260. Delivery up 4 flights of stairs with no lift - 80+ kg. So good!

Ordered a bed but fixings not delivered
No slats, no bolts, legs, haven't even checked the rest as just frustrated that I have no bed to sleep on after dismantling and discarding mine.
Wouldn't recommend

Have been buying from Clearcycle for over a year now, and have yet to have a bad experience.
It's not their fault if you buy shit furniture from them, they're only resellers! I've only bought quality items from them made by quality manufacturers, and the items have been delivered in good time.
Any issues with the furniture have always been resolved in a timely manner.

Great products at a great price
Used Clear Cycle through ebay and had a fantastic experience. Super quick delivery and great communication.

Terrible returns process. Offer a guaranteed 30 day satisfaction return then start making it hard and charging you to return an item when you are not satisfied with it. Avoid this company

DO NOT USE. Ordered from them. They lost the item (only admitted it several weeks later) then offered me a USED mattress in exchange. Were extremely rude throughout the whole thing, honestly the worst customer service I’ve come across. At the end they told me they wouldn’t be accepting any more orders from me which was beyond hysterical that they think I would ever order from them again. Utter useless, AVOID
** To add on, I have now found out from the courier that they never even sent the item!! Have reported them to Trading Standards
