The imagery really didn't gel with me
The imagery really didn't gel with me. I got part way through the first relaxation bit and just really couldn't deal with the twee imaginings it was asking of me. Haven't listened to it since.

I’ve been using clear minds therapy for a few months now, it’s the best thing I’ve started, I’ve been using the anxiety sessions and weight loss injections series and I can truly say I’ve gotten amazing results, I’ve been consistent every nite, down 7/8 pounds and thw positive mindset I have achieved is amazing ❤️with the help and support from Catherine and her team I’ve achieved amazing results overall and I can’t be without clear minds app now, highly recommend this app, if you continue to be consistent you will see amazing results and also if you believe you will achieve ❤️ thanks again to Catherine and her team for my amazing journey that I am

Double charged - be careful
For now I have to give Clear Minds one star. I signed up for trial and then at the end of the trial I signed up for their monthly plan. They took the money for this before then charging me for the yearly plan on top of what I'm paying for the monthly. This is not cool. There is no way to contact support on their website so this seems to be the best way to express this issue.
Update: this was promptly rectified by the support. Many helpful hypnotherapy tracks available on this app.

First of all I have lost 25 pounds…
First of all I have lost 25 pounds since I started roughly 8 weeks ago.
I have asked the team several questions and had prompt, helpful and honest answers. I think the interaction has been about the best I have encountered. Very impressive.
It's doing what it said on the box, BUT, I have had prior success with hypnosis, so I do know it works for me.
For the price, roughly £10 a month, it's very good value.

Sorry to say the programs did not work at all.
I listened to the weight loss recordings, including virtual gastric band, fell asleep during most of them.
Did not affect my shopping choices, appetite, or weight.

I found Clear Minds Hypnotherapy online and read the wonderful reviews. It has never disappointed. The range of sessions is extensive and each one is amazing. I was sceptical but nothing else worked
I was sceptical but nothing else had worked. I knew I had years of trauma but did know how to fix it. I also knew it was why I kept smoking. All I did was put the recording on. Then one day I said out loud why am I smoking this, it actually tasting disgusting and I don't want it. I haven't had a cigarette for 8 weeks, but the best part is I don't want one. Thank you for your service.

Clear minds have great, genuine customer service. They always reply to queries helpfully and promptly. Would 100% recommend. They are not like companies that give you a quiz and just take your money. They are always there to help.

I found your sessions wooden, un engaging and may be cut and pasted.
