Not a fan of either utility companies or brokers as one you can never get hold of when you need them and the other seem to constantly bother you with spam and phone calls....... however..... Clearsight have been very helpful, easy to deal with and sort my contracts every year or 2 now. You've tried the rest, now use the best!

Adam has been great through the whole process. This is my first time running a business from premises and the current water provider wasn't being helpful in transferring the account. Adam talked me through everything and in a few easy steps I now have a new, competitive water provider.

We set-up a contract with Water Plus through a broker called Clearsight 18 months ago, and the contract was sighed making it legally binding. However, from the off we were being charged more per unit than was in the contract. Having sent numerous correspondence they will not refund us a measly £135 (we spend approximately £400/ month with them!).

Shocking support, service and a blatant disregard for contract law...

We are now seeking advice on how to proceed elsewhere!
