Clear Storage offer an excellent service; the units are very clean and easily accessible. It’s great that there is electricity, lighting and a dehumidifier. The area is very secure, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. There are also on-site toilets and a kitchen where you can make tea or coffee. I would highly recommend using Clear Storage – they’re happy for you to come and go as you please.

Clear Storage is excellent, clean, secure facilities all lined and with power and dehumidifiers. Each unit is self contained and well protected, plus great on site facilities for customers to use. Always friendly and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble, Highly recommend them.

We’ve had a really excellent experience with Clear Storage and can’t recommend them highly enough.

We use one of their shipping container units rather than storing items in our loft, and the standard is fantastic. The units are clean, secure, and thoughtfully equipped with proper flooring, lighting, electricity and a dehumidifier — which gives real peace of mind when storing belongings long-term.

Security on site is top notch, and the whole area is very clean, well maintained and feels genuinely safe. What really sets Clear Storage apart though is the atmosphere and the people. The staff are incredibly friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful — nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

We also really appreciate the customer area, which is such a nice touch. There’s comfortable seating, a kettle, a bathroom, and even a noticeboard where other customers can advertise their businesses. It makes the whole experience feel welcoming rather than purely transactional.

Clear Storage feels like a business that truly cares about its customers, and it shows in every detail. We’re very happy to be storing with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Very efficient and helpful. Over the last few years, when having to move from Cornwall to Hereford a large number of goods and books and furniture was stored in a large container with dehumidifier and light at Clear Storage Hereford. Very good access. Recently when my wife died it was decided to move to a smaller flat and Laura suggested Chris's House Clearance, who cleared the container and also a large part of the flat. To assist with the move Laura suggested All Seasons removals and they did an excellent job put stuff (many books, furniture, and unwanted family keepsakes) in a smaller container to allow me to decide what to do with it at my convenience. Excellent; highly recommended service.
