5* Guarantee

I had to report a problem with our Orangery roof of 4y. One of the double glazed panels had moisture, blown. I emailed the after sales team to report problem and with more information sent through. In a couple of days a date for replacement with original specifications had been confirmed. Tim at customer services was very helpful and we are extremely impressed with the way Clearview handled our problem. 5* Guarantee which actually works.

We had our conservatory roof replaced…

We had our conservatory roof replaced by Clear view around 5 years ago. They were so easy and helpful to work with and their staff were fantastic. Recently the roof needed a repair. After getting in touch with Clear view they couldn't have been more helpful and informative. The roof was still in guarantee so they gave us a date they'd come and fix it when the weather was dry enough to do so. The guys were so nice and hard working, a pleasure to have around. Cleaned up after it was finished and a plasterer arrived a few days later to replace some internal plasterboard and skim it so it looks perfect. I couldn't be happier with their work. From the staff in head office to the fitters who came to do the work, all were so helpful and professional in making sure everything was carried out perfectly.
I would definitely recommend Clear view to anyone looking to have work done. We even had a door and window replaced by them and just like the conservatory roof, we couldn't be happier with the results.
My thanks to all at Clear view and we wish them much success in the future.

Our front Door started to fade after 8

Our front Door started to fade after 8 years and with no bother at all we where give a replacement door they turned when they said and did a great job . The service is second to none.

Guarantee of 10 years is great

Guarantee of 10 years is great - we have had any one replaced with no quibble of hassle during the past 9 years _ all completed with problems and done quickly - would use clear view again when we move with no hesitation

Guarantee not transferred

Moved into property and after 5 months conservatory had leak, but as we had not told them we were the new owners with 3 months wouldn't honour guarantee. Was told other companies don't forward guarantees, I told them KIA did and Barry backtracked and said they didn't and the ceiling panels were not covered under guarantee anyway. Disappointing, who buys a house and has a priority of informing the conservatory builders with no knowledge of time limits

Water getting into letterbox

I recently had an issue with water getting into the letterbox of my composite door fitted several years ago, which was soaking my mail. I contacted clearviews service department to see what they could do they were very helpful and arranged a Service visit. When the engineer attended he explained how it could be happening and went about sorting the issue. Even though it was only a minor issue I was very pleased with how professional and helpful the service department had been in fixing the issue.

Absolutely delighted with front door

From the outset Clearview demonstrated professionalism, punctuality and attention to detail. Design, measurement and installation visits were all prompt and carried out in a friendly and professional manner. Sales team were quick to respond to my request for a quote.I accepted the quote and the windows were measured and fitted within 4 weeks.Austin fitted the triple glazed windows over a couple of days.He was polite and friendly and left the property tidy.The windows were manufactured by Epwin a company I have known for many years.
