Replacement Window Panel
We are both delighted with the service we received from Clearview. When the window unit was reported damaged, they responded quickly and arranged a replacement without any fuss. From my initial phone call to the completion of the work, the whole process was handled professionally, efficiently, and courteously.
The replacement unit was fitted on the day agreed and the workman fitting the replacement arrived on time, worked neatly, and left everything clean and tidy. The new window looks perfect, and the quality of workmanship was excellent.
It is refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers and delivers on its promises. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to family and friends and will certainly Clearview again in the future. An outstanding service from start to finish.

Clearview fitted our new conservatory over 10 years ago, until recently it has been fault free then the doors started catching, Clearview cam out and sorted without charge even though the 10year warranty had just expired. Would certainly use again for any building projects, thank you

Had to contact Clearview regarding our kitchen window panel which would depending on weather conditions mist up between panels. Quick response from the care team and an appointment was made. The engineer arrived on time and quickly exchanged the faulty panel.

Door problem
We had a problem with our door as it would not lock. I called clearview and they sorted a date to come out which was within 2 days A lovely gentleman came out and sorted the door out within 20 minutes and explained if I felted the door was not locking properly then to call again and they would come back out. Not only was the service great when organising a date and time to come out, but the service of fixing the door was amazing. Since having our orangery built back in 2018 we have never had a bad experience from clearview , so much so I recommended them to a friend who also had an orangery built by them Great company, great people and amazing workmanship Highly recommend

We had our doors and windows replaced by Clear View about four years ago. Recently the front door lock became stiff when locking with the key. I rang up and was given a date and time and true to their word, job cheerfully done in a matter of minutes.

I had to report a problem with our Orangery roof of 4y. One of the double glazed panels had moisture, blown. I emailed the after sales team to report problem and with more information sent through. In a couple of days a date for replacement with original specifications had been confirmed. Tim at customer services was very helpful and we are extremely impressed with the way Clearview handled our problem. 5* Guarantee which actually works.

We had our conservatory roof replaced…
We had our conservatory roof replaced by Clear view around 5 years ago. They were so easy and helpful to work with and their staff were fantastic. Recently the roof needed a repair. After getting in touch with Clear view they couldn't have been more helpful and informative. The roof was still in guarantee so they gave us a date they'd come and fix it when the weather was dry enough to do so. The guys were so nice and hard working, a pleasure to have around. Cleaned up after it was finished and a plasterer arrived a few days later to replace some internal plasterboard and skim it so it looks perfect. I couldn't be happier with their work. From the staff in head office to the fitters who came to do the work, all were so helpful and professional in making sure everything was carried out perfectly.
I would definitely recommend Clear view to anyone looking to have work done. We even had a door and window replaced by them and just like the conservatory roof, we couldn't be happier with the results.

conservatory conversion
Had a conservatory conversion the installers, plasterers and electricians were all friendly and polite. Very pleased with overall Finnish. Always turned up when they said and project was finished to a high standard on time. Can't ask for much more really.

Guarantee not transferred
Moved into property and after 5 months conservatory had leak, but as we had not told them we were the new owners with 3 months wouldn't honour guarantee. Was told other companies don't forward guarantees, I told them KIA did and Barry backtracked and said they didn't and the ceiling panels were not covered under guarantee anyway. Disappointing, who buys a house and has a priority of informing the conservatory builders with no knowledge of time limits
