Hi
Currently working for them and the best out there so far in this field.
I am hard to please if yous ee my other reviews and honeslty..I ma happy.
Highly recommended interpreter Almaz
Highly recommended interpreter Almaz, ID no.: 03727, great with clear, smooth and polite service she provides in several different languages.
One of the best UK agencies
Generally, I find Clear Voice being one of the agencies in the UK market from the perspective of interpreting one of the most popular language in this country. Even though for several months there is not much jobs in my language, but obviously I'm not blaming them for that as this is something unpredictable, but some reviews mentioned favourism to particular linguists... I only do remote intepreting , no f2f jobs but that's my personal preference as finanically their f2f jobs don't make sense to leave the house.
I had an interesting experience of receiving a complaint against me which was investigated for few months and it appeared that LSP falsely accussed me of something I haven't done, so eventually that person made me a huge favour as it proved I professionaly dealt with the situation.
Clear Voice is paying high rate for remote jobs and that's extraordinary comparing to other agencies who want to pay ridiculous penies.
The only disadvantage I would say is that often it appears based on group emails that many or some (I guess we will never find out how many exactly but based on the fact that those sort of emails are sent out every 2-3 months) of the interpreters don't stick to basic requirements or rules such as destroying their notes, skiiping the introduction or not interpreting while driving. It is dissapointing to me as an individual trying my absolute best every single time to do the introduction and stick to code of conducts and interpret best, that people who don't give a damn about those are paid the same as I do! I want to believe that consequences are taken to those who should be held responsible for their mistakes, but well let's hope for the best.
Clear Voice, when stupidity meets incompetence
My experience with this company has been disappointing due to what I perceive as a lack of professionalism in both their translation and interpreting departments. They appear to show favoritism toward certain interpreters, which undermines fairness. Despite being a highly qualified professional and one of the few specialists in my language pair, I received an email stating that my skills do not align with their requirements. This was particularly surprising, given that their stated needs involve translating documents for a charity—a task well within my expertise. Their approach struck me as immature and inconsiderate.
I am writing to you with a complaint…
I am writing to you with a complaint about the inadequate quality of the service provided to your organization, as well as about the unprofessional behavior of the project manager, who behaved quite rudely and removed me from the courses, without warning and without a significant reason. Support teams don't reply, teacher doesn't reply too...there are no people except nervous woman who calls herself the boss and project manager. Luckily, there are many another great organization with much more better services.
This Agency they never protect their…
This Agency they never protect their freelance interpreter .they have a bias culture and will get rid of you without having to defend yourself or to make a representation because technically you are just a freelance interpreter with no employment right as they can sack you based on their own judgment even if you are not wrong they never give you the chance to speak or follow the right ethical standard when it comes to the complaint procedure..
In theory they come across as a very ethical non profit organisation which they are part of Salvation Army but protecting freelance interpreter integrity they show zero interest and will get rid of you based on their own personal beliefs and opinion.
As I exactly expected, their primary aim is to protect their clients and the service user, but not the freelance Interpreter. I expect clear voice to follow a proper guideline to investigating any complaint that is made and give all party a fair chance of representation rather than hear it from one side. The staff who deals with complaints are not professional, very rude and condescending.
I was told by clear voice staff that clear voice is nonprofitable organisation and it is part of the Salvation Army charity organisation.

Clear Voice through the Inpower Project…
Clear Voice through the Inpower Project have given me the opportunity to study for free since I’m an asylum seeker. I started with Level II and now I am taking Level 3 Community Interpreting Course. I have learned a lot, the teachers are very professionals and well trained for this. Thanks to this course I will be able to work as an interpreter and help many people who don’t speak English.
In Power Project offers really…
In Power Project offers really sufficient and informative interpreting courses which broaden our outlook about how the UK Social services work. The refugees are given a chance to get qualifications in interpreting and a job that can help them be settled and make a difference. The staff on the In Power Project are always very supportive and helpful. They keep in touch at all times of their student's studies and guide them during the trainings.
I recommend In Power Project as reliable and professional resources.
