Let me just say that I received what I paid for and I am very satisfied. These are true cooper cups, I used the magnet test and they do not stick. So that lead me to believe they are real.
It almost took 2 months to receive but it was worth it. You’re getting a true/authentic product. And it’s coming from New Delhi so thats quite the distance. I thought they were scamming me but Olivia the rep stayed in contact with me and insured the delivery would come, and it did. And I’m totally satisfied. Quality, design and the purpose was all I was looking for and they delivered.

Scam company
I emailed and called many times to cancel my order after I had not received it 3 weeks after ordering and although they would respond to apologize for delays due to “an unfortunate incident at the warehouse”, I never received a response to my order cancellation requests. It’s now been a month with no refund and no item. Scam.
