I just ordered the moon face necklace and it is a stunning everyday piece! Amazing service from the company, too. Everyone there is so sweet, it's unparalleled.
The only issue was that I didn't receive the gift that was promised for the January orders (I did make sure to order before the offer ended) but I'm sure it was just a mishap or maybe they ran out.

Got the Lynette earrings, needless to say they were flawless. Cherry on top was that shipping was a lot faster than i expected! The free gift was AMAZING (got a Buddha pendant i never thought i needed), it’s like CB team is psychic!!!

The purchase experience was great and the jewels are perfects!

Bought these online for my sister's birthday and had great communication right up to delivery. They were shipped quickly and came with a free gift. They were beautiful and the quality was lovely, though perhaps the malachite was ever so slightly less green than expected.

Whole purchase experience was very smooth and really appreciated the little touches and note that came with the present. It is exactly why we should support small businesses that make that extra effort. Have already re-purchased and looking forward to building my collection!!

I have been wanting to support this gorgeous small business for a couple years, finally got to a financial position I could, purchased something special for my 30th birthday on the 12th Jan, and 2 weeks later it’s still not here.
That wasn’t a problem, until any query I sent to the customer service team with my concerns about the whereabouts of my package (as the tracking number provided showed no information), has been gaslighted or I’ve received useless replies written quite condescendingly by the customer service team.
I am so sad to have been through this, Cleopatra’s Bling is one of my favourite jewellery brands and it’s such a shame to see such poor customer service. I will never purchase from them again, only due to the customer service team.

And I still have not received my order.
Thanks for taking my money and ignoring my concerns.
