I ordered a Nova Flow in May. in Sept my puppy chewed it and destroyed the plastic posts that the cushions fit on. I asked if it were possible to replace the posts and the customer service rep offered to send me a new unit. I really appreciate this as I am exhausted from replacing things the puppy destroys and it was nice to get some actual support.
I finaly can breath
Although the device, for me, was pretty slow to start making a difference (i was cloged for years) when it finaly kiked in it did a great job, i can now breath all night from my nose and i sleep better. In order to have good results i had to jump from 10 minutes 3 times a day to 20 minutes 3 times a day to realy make a difference. The device is reliable until it quits (i have had 2 that just stop working after many months but the service is very good to replace the last unit ( the first one i just trash). I would appreciate more details on the utilisation like how long is it safe to use, do you stop when you fell better,etc. I highly recomand this product, maybe a more solid version for long time users

I was sceptical about this product but it works
I was sceptical about this product, but nothing else was helping with my sinus problem. It was delivered quickly and I tried it. For the first time in years I could breathe freely. No coughing in the morning, no more mouth breathing. Which btw my mother always told me off for!
I now use it every two or three days to keep my sinuses clear. Best thing ever and saving me a fortune on antihistamines and nasal spray.

Ordered nearly 2 weeks ago and it never arrived. Buyer beware!!! First and last time I’m ordering something from a Facebook ad 😡
**EDIT 16 November** I am now changing my review from 1 to 3 stars after customer service got in touch with me. It looks like my package took a very long time to clear UK customs, and once it was cleared it was subsequently lost in the post.
The customer service representative has been very communicative with me and I’ve now received a full refund. I’m glad that it’s been resolved, but I can’t give a higher review than this because I never received the product.
I understand that it was not the fault of Cleriva that my package was lost. However, I would not have ordered from them if I’d known that they were based overseas.
The website gives an American mailing address but I believe the product is shipped from China.

Daily benefits from using my NovaFlow
I am a 78 year old widow & take my health seriously as my responsibility to take care of it & seek the best products to help me. I saw Cleriva's ad for NovaFlow & was inspired to try this product to help me with my severe running nose & headaches along with my heavy phylum.
Once it came I opened it & used it after readying the instructions. It was easy to use so I relaxed & watched the clock & it's timer worked flawlessly. The next day I used it three times because the instructions recommended using it 2-3 times in 10 min sessions.
I look forward to daily use of my NovaFlow. I recommend this product that was quality made & packaged with great care. I believe I will be relieved of symptoms the longer I use it. I already see great promises of it.
Found My NovaFlow
Originally I had problems with knowing where my NovaFlow had been delivered. The information on the tracking site was not helpful at all. After contacting Cleriva their Support Team was able to find the tracking # for my parcel & I was able to pick it up right away. Yay! Many thanks to the Cleriva Support staff for finding the information I was missing.

Recieved my faulty product on Tuesday…
Recieved my faulty product on Tuesday 28th October. I reached out to Cleriva by email and within a few minutes I received a reply. After several emails and my sending a short video of the fault I had a reply that they will replace the faulty product. I can't fault the customer service so far and hope for speedy replacement.

I received my order after a bit of confusion with Royal Mail. Customer service has been great.
I have been using this for around 3 days now, x 2 per day. I am seeing improvement and there is less pain around my sinuses. I would recommend this product.

Coney was very helpful in getting me a replacement when my device wouldn’t accept a charge.
She got back to me the same day making sure I would get a replacement.
