I am so glad that I discovered this…

I am so glad that I discovered this brand. I have suffered with chronic rhinitis for years. So I decided to take the plunge and purchase the basic Nova Flow device. Within about three or four days the continuous nasal drip began to decrease. Alongside that the sinus pains in the back of my head began to diminish. At last I have something that stops me feeling if I am walking around with a lead weight inside my brain. I was so impressed that I purchased another kit, the full package this time with the steriliser, for my husband who is a heavy snorer . Already I can enjoy the simple pleasure of lying next to him in bed and listening to his gentle breathing without feeling that I am stuck in the middle of a pig Farm from all those strange grunting noises that have now, thankfully, vanished.
Highly recommended!

This is something I've only used twice…

This is something I've only used twice and I'll explain why I'm giving it the rating I am. More power to you if you can get this to stay in your nose! That's the first bit! Secondly I'm extremely sensitive to smells following hay-fever and sinus problems. To the point i will start coughing and gagging even if something is as little perfumed as possible and no chemicals. I've tried mainly nasal sprays which didn't do much unfortunately. The problem was very minimal until we had snow this January then it went up a notch to regular usage of tissues. The soft gentle pocket ones. To regular coughing and gagging. I've had antibiotics on maybe two occasions when it has gotten really bad. I've eliminated all chemicals. Do not use anything highly perfumed anymore. And have my nose covered when using anything like washing detergent etc because that will set it off. This product however is a nightmare to insert into your 👃 I dunno if I'm doing it wrong or my nose is too big but it's extremely uncomfortable too. I'll continue reporting on usage

Giving 5 stars despite not receiving…

Giving 5 stars despite not receiving the item. It's was sent in good time via Royal Mail. However RM advised it was delivered but couldn't confirm where. Cleriva customer service team were excellent, providing advice on process, were polite and responded quickly unlike RM. They offered to replace or refund so I took the refund which they confirmed processed same day as I requested. Excellent service.

Fake product CCP Chinese money laundering scam

Fake product. Coney Angel Arcilla is CCP plant they use a random Chinese shipper you cannot track and when you ask for support, you get a script in the middle of the night. It's money laundering they are hoping you aren't smart enough to dispute with your bank.

I am impressed with their customer…

I am impressed with their customer support and service. Very prompt and great handling of your issues. It's been a while since I got any updates for my order and no certainty if it's still coming to me or not. So they decided to go ahead and give me a full refund of my purchase, plus if my order still reaches me. I can keep it and use it. I am hoping that my order will still get to me so that I can try the product and give them another good review if the product actually claims the stuff it does. I ordered the Cleriva nasal therapy.

Excellent customer service

I bought the red light device as a last ditch effort to help my rhinitis which is caused by my having to use a cpap machine. I couldn't fit the prongs in my nose so emailed the company. I received a reply almost instantly, advising that the prongs can be gently realigned. I did this and now it's fine. It's early days as far as helping my condition is concerned but I have high hopes and can vouch for their excellent customer service.

Has stopped me using sprays

So been using for nearly 2 weeks now and only taking 10 minutes to use and a time, it is very convenient. I have not been near any sprays and the feeling you get a few hours after using it thinking "wow I can breath" makes it all worth while.

I use with a daily nasal wash and I seem to no longer be mouth breathing at night. I no longer get that need to inhale deeper to help me breath.

The case is well made and the silicone pieces of the device are easy to clean.

All in all a brilliant purchase that is helping me in more ways the one. So much so my mother has bought one too!

If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s absolutely worth a go!

I’ll be honest, I was initially sceptical about the Cleriva red light device. I’ve tried so many things over the years, especially after having two sinus operations, that I didn’t expect much from a small handheld gadget. But I was genuinely shocked at how effective this has been.
Since using it regularly, I’ve noticed a real difference in the clarity of my nasal passages. It’s helped me maintain a level of comfort and openness that I haven’t had in years. For something so simple to use, the impact has been surprisingly strong.
If you’re on the fence, I’d say it’s absolutely worth a go. I’m glad I gave it a chance, it’s made a noticeable difference for me

Great customer service

I’ve had my NovaFlow for months, and it has been working well for me. But I lost the charging cable, and reached out to customer service to ask exactly what type of cable it uses (I don’t know enough about all the different sizes of USB to be able to tell just by looking at the port), because I was planning to buy a replacement cord. To my delight, Coney responded right away, AND offered to send a replacement charge cord free of charge!

I have been using the nova flow since…

I have been using the nova flow since September. Feels odd at first but you get used to it for 10 mins twice daily. I usually have a post nasal drip causing persistent cough and the only successful treatment previously for me has been a steroid nose spray. This winter I have barely used this at all which is amazing as winter is always the worst for my cough. Totally recommend trying this product.

Coney in Customer Service is awesome!

I had some questions about usage for the product, and the customer service rep, "Coney", was outstanding in walking me through the process. He was prompt in replying, professional, warm and friendly, knew his stuff, and was able to quickly address my questions and wisely direct me, fully taking care of my problem. I am very impressed with the Cleriva customer service - I was treated kindly and with respect. I will continue to use Cleriva products!

Don't even bother

Ordered 14th Jan, waited 6 days for a tracking number (20th Jan) 30th Jan, no movement whatsoever on the tracking, basically a "label created" situation. contacted customer services, got a copy and paste reply telling me how to track. the parcel was lost, i knew it was lost but they weren't willing to help. had to report to my bank to get the refund sorted. foreign set up, could tell customer service replies were AI or non english speaking.

This means your package has now reached the destination country and is moving into the final delivery stage. Once Royal Mail scans it into their system, you’ll begin receiving regular tracking updates along with an estimated delivery date.

That said, since you requested a full refund, I want to confirm that we have successfully processed your full refund. Depending on your bank, the amount should reflect back to your account within 3–5 business days. If the package still arrives, please feel free to keep and use it or discard it, as we do not accept returns for used or unused devices for hygiene reasons.

Effective but incomplete

I ordered this 11/01, and received it on 24/01, so a bit of a wait but not too bad. It would be helpful to see the estimated shipping times on the order, as is usually the case.

I didn't have big sinus or breathing issues, but just chronic PND. I've been using it for about 5 days, and it is definitely helping. My nose is clearer, and there is less mucus in my throat. It's easy to use, not unpleasant at all, and I am delighted to carry on doing so.

My one concern is that it does not come with any container or cleaning methods - these have to be purchased separately. The instructions otherwise - 'clean with a damp cloth' - are quite inadequate, in my opinion. The website advises against any other method of cleaning, but doesn't say how this alone could possibly be effective.

I have ordered the sterilising case, but will now have to wait another 2 weeks for that, plus paying extra shipping costs. I think it should be made clear that this is necessary, and therefore it should be included with the device as a package, even although this would cost more. It seems disingenuous to pretend it is not needed.

Incredible service – Cleriva replaced a competitor's faulty product!


​I had a frustrating experience buying a rhinitis device from a Facebook/Shopify ad (not realizing it wasn't a genuine NovaFlow). I ended up with a cheap, unbranded device that felt unsafe.
​I reached out to Cleriva for advice, and their support team was amazing. They explained the safety risks of using unverified devices and, to my surprise, offered to send me a genuine NovaFlow device to ensure I had a safe and effective experience. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about consumer safety and brand reputation. I’m now a loyal customer!

Novaflow has been a life changer

I've been using the novaflow for less than a month and the constant dry nose accompanied by bleeding has completely resolved. I can breathe easy, don't sneeze constantly and my nightime snoring has hugely reduced. No longer any need to use prescribed steroid nasal spray. I contacted the company to check if it's safe to use the device without the protective sleeves (as I gave very small nostrils) and got a speedy response.

Glad i took a chance on this

I’ve been using NovaFlow for over 2 weeks now and so far have been really impressed with the results. After using it on day 1 i could noticeably breathe more easily, but still felt the congestion pressure. But after a couple of days that congestion feeling went. The biggest differences i can notice are being able to breathe through both nostrils, at the same time! It’s quite a novelty, i’ve only ever been able to do that with nasal sprays previously. Also just breathing normally there doesn’t feel like any obstructions where previously i always felt like i wasn’t getting enough air in.
I haven’t been waking up with a horribly dry mouth in the night either from mouth breathing.
I would absolutely recommend this to anyone who struggles with sinus problems. I’ll take a glowing red face a few times a day for these results!

Good buy; great customer service!

I purchased the NovaFlow in late December after years of sinus issues, rinsing every day, and taking allergy medications. I did notice the first time I used it my nose felt less full and clogged. I’ve been using it once a day and have noticed my nose being less stuffy. I am also a cpap user who couldn’t sleep on my side due to my nose being continually clogged on one side. I can now sleep on my side again.

I do want to note that the customer service was quick and responsive; my pup decided it looked like a chew toy. I contacted the rep and they immediately worked with me to help me out. Thank you!
