This app is straight trash! They didn’t negotiate anything for me and my id verification had been pending for a month. After way too many emails, still not a single response. Don’t waste your time referring anyone either, because it will also never verify them to get the $25.

SCAM!!! Reviews are full of fake profiles with ALMOST ALL OF THEM only having 1 review and being INVITED! .... APP AND WEBSITE STILL IN BETA DESPITE TRUSTPILOT PROFILE BEING ACTIVE SINCE MID 2020.... Read the detailed company transparency report, Clerkie flags any negative reviews and get them removed. They have flagged 19 of 1 and 2 star reviews over 40 times!

ALL APP AND WEBSITE DOES IS COLLECT PERSONAL INFO. NONE OF THE OTHER FEARURES WORK AND DEVELOPERS DONT RESPOND TO INQUIRES, ISSUES, OR HELP.

Use a better app if you need loans like Dave, Bridgit, Cleo, Klover.

Update: lol at your response. The only email that was ever replied to was MY request to close my account. I never had a chance to upload my ID because nothing on your app works. I wasnt flagged for fraud do dont know why you're lying on here. I have the emails to prove it. Also what would be the point of using an invalid checking account to recieve a cash advance??? Yes, please send money to an account that doesnt exists, makes perfect sense.... DEF A SCAM!

I guess me warning others of your information phishing scam is considered bullying nowadays.

Just for the lolz here is a copy of the email you sent me after I requested you close my account, which will contradict your response about why you deleted my account:

Our systems use bank-level security and adhere to stringent security and privacy policies (PCI, CPRA, etc) and we’re confident there is no leakage on our end and that everything is buttoned up.

I had our team look into your account just to double-check and again confirmed that the login notifications you received could not have been triggered by our systems since your credentials do not touch our systems and are handled directly by your bank (Varo) through their integrations with Plaid. If you are receiving security notifications from your bank, then we’d highly recommend resetting your password as soon as possible.

It was so easyto download and track what needs to be paid off to get out of debt! They should call this the Debt-B-Gone😭

So far so good! I don't feel as hopeless or as helpless. No where I turned could I find any help, because of my poor credit score. This app has given me the chance to make it possible to unbury myself out of credit card date! Thank you Clerkie!

Helping me lower my minimum payments due on my debt

This is very new to me. I do not have enough experience with this app yet to give my full review. However, I can say that I was able to make deposits to savings to help increase my credit score. I like that. And I look forward to more tools after I done giving review. When I gain complete experience with this app I will come back and update you.

They are totally awsome 10 min in and already saved my bike from repo nocked off over 1000 and lowed the payment...sounds unreal well try it see what they do for u...and it's free

Clerkie responded quickly to my questions and is eager to help me out which I truly appreciate! I'm looking forward on working on paying off my debt and increasing my credit score.

I spoke with Clerkie customer support after I was kind of let down and worried about providing my identification upon signup, and not hearing back to confirm everything was good to go. Once speaking to the Clerkie rep today, he had my identity verified with customer support in under 10 minutes! I’m excited to use all of Clerkie’s tools to improve my financial well-being!
