I repeat:
DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!

Sent 2 iPhones for estimation since January, we are now in March and no payment.
They will confirm reception of your goods for estimation with payment under 15 days.

After several reminders via emails and chats, they will request you to be patient and go silence again.
They will come back with a very low value proposal and will promise to pay you within 1 working day.

Of course they go silence again and after several reminder, they will request you to be patient
They will keep your device, never pay you and sell them to another client.
These people are THIEVES!!!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!

You need to make sure to involve a lawyer or your legal support.

The worst online experience, SCAM!!!

The worst online experience I've ever had. I sent a mobile phone with no aesthetic problems or issues, and they returned a couple of super zoomed pictures with no sign of big scratches or anything else. They said "it is more aligned with the pretty good" conditions, which on their site is 34 euros, but they proposed 22 euros to me, scammers.

It is a scam

It is a scam. The phone has been delivered and price has been agreed (July 2025) but no payment has been paid until today. They kept mentioning that money will be transferred but it has never arrived.

I'm taking a legal step against Cleverbuy GmbH.
