After the company read my original assessment of our situation they did contact me. After providing further evidence that the spa was damaged we when received it they have provided a new liner for US to fit. We are currently awaiting delivery of this. Whilst I am appreciative of this response, which was handled very professionally, I feel this would not have happened without my comments here. Company policy needs to be reviewed in such situations. I thank Victoria who has dealt with this as best as she was allowed. She did all she could within the company guidelines but was miraculously allowed to go further after my review here.
Spa arrived damaged with a puncture but your policy doesn't allow for this as a fault. I had to provide proof of damage yet you have no proof of the quality control check. Your policy assumes WE have caused the fault which I know we didn't.
Very poor response - you've spent a few hundred pounds but stick this patch on it. Terrible customer service.

Fantastic service, I ordered a hot tub thermal cover at a fantastic price, it literally arrived 3 days later , fits perfectly, too soon to judge as I have got it early for the winter but just wanted to say how good the service is from this company.

Bought my Cannes cleverspa as i am disabled and was told this spa would help with the pain i experience in my back and legs from someone who had one. Obviously i lost the luck of the draw cos the one that was delivered to me was faulty when i received it!!.
Laid the cover sheet, then foam tiles on that on the ground before placing the spa in situ, it's housed in a gazebo so no animals can get to it. I inflated it, filled it with water to find it had a leak from somewhere on the lining. Called Clever company. Had to take photos and a video to show where its leaking. Told me i had to pack it back in its box, (did i say I am disabled) Had to struggle to get it back in its box as i am disabled. ( oh I already said this 😔) and have no one to help me!.
Submitted a claim under their warranty, then called to arrange a collection, to be told I have to get it back out of the box inflate it, and then do an additional bubble test with washing up liquid to see where it bubbles, it's not an air leak, its a water leak.. so how this will give off bubbles i dont know.. and then send yet another video of this, before they'll even consider to arrange a collection, because I may be able to repair it myself.
I have not even stepped foot in the spa. It IS CLEARLY a manufacturing fault!! So should be replaced!!! And obviously not quality Inspected before sending out cos they would have picked up on this!!!
They will not exchange this until I've done this additional bubble test.
BEWARE
AS SOON AS YOU GET YOUR SPA, BE PREPARED. IF ITS FAULTY YOU'LL HAVE TO DO ALL THIS BEFORE THEY'LL REPLACE THE FAULTY ONE.
That's if they will. Thoroughly disgusted with the after sales service. I SHOULDNT HAVE TO GO THROUGH ALL THIS JUST TO GET A REPLACEMENT FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS FAULTY WHEN THEY SENT IT OUT

I ordered chlorine tablets for my pool and did a lot of online searching for the best deal when I came across Clever Company. I was not disappointed! My 3 items arrived in the stated 3 days and were an absolute bargain. I got 3 1kg tubs for the price of 1 on that jungle named website. I will certainly be ordering again.
