No point in writing this really as they've gone bust (unsurprisingly given previous reviews).
I have the same issue, bought a hot tub, heater failed after a couple of months, customer service went silent while trying to arrange a repair.
I'd say a good company untill there's a problem, then they just don't care, I'm nearly 3 months in waiting to get a damaged hottub picked up,
Customer service is shocking. They really have no intention in helping just try to flog you off..
They refuse to pass you on to a complaints team or manger.
I'm £300 out of pocket and still no product I paid for....
We purchased a cleverspa hot tub from the Range in June, a seam failed a month later. Like others have mentioned initial communications were quite good then the problems started. After returning the whole thing in a box it took 2 months to eventually send me a different coloured one from the one we purchased. (They refused to refund me) They also promised to supply a matching colour cover & a wifi control panel upgrade as a gesture of goodwill. Wifi panel never arrived & emails were ignored for last 3 weeks. Decided to phone today & there is a recorded message saying there is a problem with their phone system.
Suspicious I have just googled them....they went into joint administration 6 days ago so don't waste any more of your valuable time on this despicable company folks. I am a lucky one, I got new tub back about a month ago & it's still working for the moment. If it fails again will be going in skip & they will be put down as a very bad experience.
This has to be the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a clever spa from Argos within 2 months ago, It broke down, then I contact the supplier, At first they were very on point with communication, Taking pictures had to do a video sent everything to them. Then they sent a box for the spa to go in, I spoke to Laura which she said that somebody will collect the spa within three days, It's now been two weeks and nobody has got back to me, I have never been so disappointed, I've even tried to call and they've had issues with their phone for over 2 weeks.
The spa cover was faulty. It ripped easily from sun damage and was not water repellent. Even tho it was less than a year old and under warranty, it was difficult to get support to help. Finally they issued a collection pickup. It was picked up and I've never heard back. I've repeatedly emailed support with no response. I class this as theft. Poor product and terrible service. If you represent this company contact me immediately. I will be contacting trading standards.

The delivery was on time, the product is as advertised and the price was reasonable…..what more could one ask for?
It was a really good price anyway and then they added a promotional offer, which made it a no brainer. Good communication and quick delivery means that I would recommend this company.
The one I purchased is not the one in the picture. I have a six person one which has issues staying up as all the joints keep ripping and gets holes.
The product is just how described and was offered at a very good discount direct from Clever Company, much better than Amazon
Ordered several items for my spa. A seat and a canopy plus some ph+ and filters. Got order over £50 to avoid postage. Items arrived very quickly

The cover arrived quickly and so far is doing the job and hot tub is heating up quicker now.
The look of the covers suffers from being vacuum packed it is massively creased and scrunched to the extent it looks really scruffy on the hot tub and a bit of an eye sore now.
I appreciate it doesn't affect it's function but I would consider not vacuum packing them
