The Cornwall 7 hot tub is not as advertised
The heater states that the temperature is hot but in fact is at least many degrees lower
The hot is not fit for purpose

I had a issue with my hot tub well I thought I only had 1 issue but when it got back to Clever Company workshop then done a proper check found a couple of issues but fixed them all got straight back to me and I think I have only missed 5/6 nights of not going in my hot tub love it thank you for being so quick.

Always been helpful and professional by following up with a call to check all orders arrived in good order.
Love my Cleverspa Cotswold hot tub - heats fairly quickly to mid 30’s as it holds only 800 l - fits two tall men and an average height girl comfortably. Might be snug for four taller/broader adults.
Best to order insulation ideas of a second cover and the inflatable.
Easy to maintain and keep clean - thrilled with this purchase and have used it for the last 3 months.
Be sure to place the hot tub in a fairly sheltered position from the sun and wind etc. Must use its own waterproof socket. 4m cable with an rcd already on the cable.
Chlorine - I add 12 grams once filled with fresh water. Top up with about 6-9g every 3 or 4 days.
I change the water monthly and I use the tub 2 or 3 times per week.

I contacted the company regarding a fault on my hot tub, the lady who took the call was extremely helpful and arranged for the hot tub to be picked up and repaired. The repair was carried out and we received the hot tub in a very reasonable time frame

I bought the large thermal cover for my hot tub after about 14 months the cover material is perishing. Taking the cover off the material just ripped from the seam where I was holding it to near the centre of the top cover. I sent details to their customer services to be told it’s not covered as it was outside their 14 day return period. I then emailed and sent pictures and was told the covers can not be in direct sunlight and I should buy a cover for the cover. I said you are advertising your covers as all weather and at £140 I’d expect it to last at least 3 years before perishing for that money, we’ll apparently you need to read the small print. Anyway the waterproof all weather thermal cover isn’t water proof probably shower proof at best and the material if it’s out in all weathers perishes or needs a cover to cover the cover. Customer services were very helpful and quick to reply but never the less feel like I’ve wasted £140 for such a short time of use.

I am disappointed with the so called lid cover it’s so flimsy and feel it should be a lot more sturdier the clever spa itself is good but the top cover is not .

Items I have from you are just great rot well and prices are good too

The only negative was the amount of plastic packaging that was used that could easily be switched to paper-based alternatives for recycling.

Purchased a waterproof cover for my jacuzzi in December. Fitted it in April/May and after 3 Months of use, it already started to show signs that it would not stand the test of time. After contacting them in July with no reply, then August and got a reply about my concerns, I was told that the cover is not designed to be outside and should be under shelter. And that its 'normal' for the cover to fill with water and I should dry it off and it regains its waterproofness. Initial energy savings are short lived when you have basically wasted £80 on a Cheap fibre filled duvet that does not stay on your jacuzzi with the slightest breath of wind. I would advise anyone planning to purchase one of these covers to avoid at all costs. I am 100% certain that the deterioration of the material (discoloured, brittle and also almost ripping at the joins) will become evident when the tub is installed again next Spring. The companies response to that was "use fabric patches". I wanted to send the procuct back to them for inspection to proove thay their product is not fit for purpose, however I was told that it was only covered under a 6 Month warranty, which is convenient when a product fails after this time.

Well it was a week late to get delivery but your advertising said garuntee 3-5 days
