The worst company ever
Our experience with Clever CRM (Kazakhstan) was extremely disappointing.
The company failed to provide a clear technical specification and constantly delayed the project.
All business processes and CRM logic were written by us — the client — while their team simply copied our notes.
Key features such as 1C integration, telephony, and WhatsApp (Wazzup Max) were never delivered, despite being included in the signed contract.
Later, they even demanded additional payment for the same unfinished services.
In short — poor communication, no professionalism, and zero responsibility.
We DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for any CRM integration work.
