Items ship from US but if you need to return they want them shipped to United Kingdom which you cannot tell from website. Takes them 2 emails to get return address as the first request came back with same directions in packaging. Due to custom delays even if mailed back date of receipt probably won’t get there w/I timelines which I am sure they are counting on. Junk item doesn’t work. Would not recommend company or any of their products

Cartclick is a stooge company for Chinese junk. Shipping is a slow boat from China. The tracking for 13 days has over 7 way stops. Their return policy must be filed within 30 days. That is two days after you receive the junk. Then there is a 20% fee for returns plus you get to pay the shipping fee to these thieves. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM CARTCLICK, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Do not buy anything from this company very poor quality merchandise like purchased 3 items from them wanted to return 2 of the items They would not give me the return address just keep sending stupid emails to extend the time so I could not return within the 30 days

I too have had a horrible experience with this company in order for me to return some thing they want me to send it to the UK the postage is more than what the product is that I bought. What a sham company stay away you’ll be sorry if you do business with them.

I would have given them a big fat zero if the site would have allowed me to. Do not do business with these people. Below is my final reply to numerous emails about trying to return a pair of reading glasses that look like something you'd get out of a gumball machine.

What a racket you guys (Click Cart) have. You should call yourselves clickbait instead of cart click. You ship me an inferior product from Franklin Park Illinois USA and charged me $50 for it. The product is awful. So I want to return it. You tell me I have to send it to London England UK at my expense in order to get my refund. Glasses cost me $50. Postage to return the product to London England $43. I was tempted to send it back just so you would have to give me the $7 back. But as shady as you do business I'm sure you would have found a reason not to send me the $7. I will make sure to tell anyone who listens to or reads reviews about your company that you people are running a scam and not to do business with you.
