Absolute trash.
Absolute trash.
I purchased a pair of VIP tickets for an event from this company for my wife's first Mother Day's present, to see her favorite band in a city we wanted to visit.
I purchased the tickets in May for an event in July. On the artist's social media page, they indicated the entire tour had been postponed.
We were never made aware of this by click-event, but did see it there. We waited for the show to be rescheduled and later reached out for a refund. No response.
I reached out a second time in mid-January asking what happened with the show and that I'd likely need a refund given that it was January and the show was in July when we were able to travel. No answer.
Finally, after reaching out to their line for promoters on Feb. 3, I was told the show had been rescheduled and had already passed (Jan. 25). Not only were we never informed of the postponement by this company, they never told us about the rescheduling.
YET THEY REFUSED TO GIVE US A REFUND. We didn't get to enjoy the show, give the tickets away or otherwise let someone else to the show and meet-and-greet.
Lastly, they "apologized" saying they already split up the money from the show (shows you how Bush league and unprofessional they are) but that I could "contact the promoter to raise the issue." They didn't give me the promoter's info then nor when I asked for it. It was just passing the buck.
We were ripped off for nearly $300. If they're selling the tickets, JUST DON'T GO.
