Looking into your order, this was placed on 18th June, with photos uploaded on 20th June, after which it entered the queue for clinical review. Our clinician raised a follow-up question on 23rd June, and your order was approved the same day it was answered, on 24th June, before being dispatched that same day. Dispatch therefore fell within our standard 1-2 day timeframe following approval, though we recognise there was a delay at the review stage beforehand.
We understand how important it is to receive your medication promptly, and we appreciate your patience during this process.
