Great experience
The person I spoke with given me all the care and answered all my questions with care and professionalism. Hopefully wont need to effectively experience their care in the future after a total loss, but taking out the policy was easy and straight forward

Took this out last year
Took this out last year, 5 star warranty. Had to call them up to be past to a different company AutoProtect. Absolute joke trying to hold of them and the garage! Well the garage are fuming, they have been trying since last week to get hold of the tec guys for video evidence. Not only did I take this warranty out I recieved no paper work through email or the post on how the claims work. So I got the motor blower heater replaced, well you'd have thought I'd committed the worse crime ever. So far my experience with this company and the actual company who deals with the actual claim has been absolutely terrible. My policy will be cancelled and I'll pay my garage myself. So don't waste your money guys not worth the hassle!!

Hi i took out a used car warranty with this company recently dont go with them i had an astra with the so called 5star cover crap useless i took my car to vauxhall and because they would only pay 40 pounds towards a check which vauxhall charge at 140 pounds an hour i was not paying this and took the car home and called and stopped my cover no sorry from them no deposit back do not use this company AA are a lot better cost more but they dont lie to thete customers
