Avoid.
If I had realized that this company was the supplier to BackMarket for the phone that i bought, I would steered clear. I paid extra for a 256GB handset and they sent me a 128GB internal memory unit which is already over 50% full after 2 hours of setting the phone up. Still many apps to add. Need the phone now so don't have time to return and wait for the correct replacement. I think the 1.7* trust pilot rating says everything. Avoid.
Absolutely appalling experience
Absolutely appalling experience, avoid this seller.
I ordered what was advertised as Apple AirPods Max and received what appear to be low-quality imitation products. They didn’t work properly from the moment they arrived.
When I tried to return them, I was sent a dodgy return label that the Post Office couldn’t scan, and the seller stopped replying entirely. Amazon support offered little help, so I had to open a chargeback through my credit-card provider.
The seller has now resurfaced with a new return label, which actually works but is trying to impose a set of “terms” that completely ignore my legal rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Their policy claims they’re “not liable” for damage in transit and may deduct repair costs before refunding — a clear breach of basic consumer protections.
This is not how a legitimate retailer behaves. Avoid this business and report them if you encounter similar issues. It’s concerning that they’re still active on the Amazon marketplace.
False advertising
I bought a “NEW” IPad from this company about a year and a half ago. I don’t believe that this was a new item. The IPad has gone faulty with an internal chip problem on the board and we are unable to use it, or even reset it….
I would’ve expected not use this company again and after reading the negative reviews, I wished I’d have looked at that prior to purchasing from them.
Con artists
Sold a phone in excellent condition on Amazon. Started playing up from day one. I dropped it on Lino with a military grade case on the back and the back cracked. I took it to a repair shop who said the back glass was a poor quality replacement and the phone inside was rusty and damaged. I paid to have the back glass replaced and Amazon said I could have a full refund. This company claimed the phone was broken without providing evidence and returned it to me. Doing a credit card chargeback. They’re total con artists who can barely string a sentence together in English. Amazon should not be using them and leaving their customers to rot with no support. The guarantee is worthless
Screen problems with Apple IPhone 12
I had intermittent screen issues with an IPhone 12 I had purchased. When the problems got really bad, I returned the phone three different times. After the first return it stopped working again and so o took the phone to an Apple Store - they told me that the problem had been caused by the company having fitted an incompatible screen. I eventually got a refund from Amazon under their A-Z guarantee. I will never use this company again.
Worst company ever
I bought a iPhone SE from on them and 5 months later it started having problems. They said for me to send the phone to them to be fixed which I did and paid the posting. They then sent it back NOT fixed. I have been on the phone to Amazon who say they can't really help with this matter even though they have a years warranty with all the phones you buy from them. So you feel like you are in good hands but then you have to deal with these jokers and they are really bad. Still no resolution after 2 weeks of calling and emailing Amazon and Click & Get UK. So I am stuck with a phone that can't even type my broadband password into.

In spite of the negative comments my recent experience with this company has been very good. They responded quickly to all my emails and were very helpful.
Really terrible seller with total lack of support
Really terrible seller with total lack of useful response to complaints about useless products sold by them.
Bought renewed iPhone SE via Amaz (thank god!) and the damned thing opened with and is locked into Chinese symbols.
Extra concern is that serial number eventually found (with advice from Apple Support) is not recognised as Apple device!
Apple techs did best in online chat to help - but, like me, were finally stumped.
Only hope now is that Amazon will manage to get for me replacement from this dodgy seller with no contact details supplied with item sold.
Would put minus stars if possible

Brought iphone 15, changed my mind as they said no visible damage but came with scratches on screen!
Refusing to supply return address or label!
£570 down will be going through my bank as amazin no help either
AVOID
I bought a handset, it is part of a trade in deal and not for resale. Samsung are about to block it....no phone 500 odd quid out of pocket. And amazon don't care, zero response from seller.
Avoid like the plague!
How do they sleep at night
Selling non-tested equipment
An awful purchase via Backmarket where an unchecked and broken was sold as 'Excellent' condition.
I purchased via Backmarket and I went for the excellent condition option. The phone had a faulty touch screen, a faulty camera and would lock up after being on for a couple of hours. This phone had clearly not been tested. For it to be graded as excellent was a joke. Perhaps Click and Get grade their phones with them switched off....... Awful!
bought an expensive
bought an expensive, received like new condition. all went really well
Great service from after sales
Great service from after sales, had a technical difficulty which was resolved straight away. Very knowledgeable staff member.
I bought a iPhone from them that had a…scratch on screen !!
I bought a iPhone from them that had a scratch on the screen and returned item by tracked return. Also a picture of return and signature. They are now claiming falsely that I left my iCloud email on the phone. A pack of lies. I tried to log onto that email and it tells me the email does not exists. Surnider either send me a android of the same value or return my money.

Ordered an Apple Watch Ultra (grey strap), but they sent me a vibrant color of orange which is too much for me to wear. I choose grey because it just want to have it simple and if there are black, then should be great. On thing also is the charger is not the original one. Contacted the Back Market and said they still waiting for a reply from the seller (Click and Get) to fix my concerns. Waited few days, not heard from the seller, so BM decided to refund of 5% from the total amount of the purchase. I think it is very important that a seller should contact the buyer that there is/was an issue with what they are selling so the buyer could decide whether to cancel or go on with the purchase. Communicate.
No Refund for faulty phone.
I returned an iPhone as Face recognition did not work and no one could hear me when I made a call. Company acknowledged the receipt of the return and stated that the refund would be in my account in 3-5 working days. No refund ever arrived in my account..... Currently being dealt with by Amazon but would NOT recommend this company to anyone!
2 defective Iphones from this company
2 defective Iphones from this company. Supposedly refurbished and in excellent condition and covered by Amazon renewed guarantee . First had non working camera, returned and got sent a replacement, second randomly switching off all the time. Returned and asked for refund but this was refused as they claimed the phone had been dropped. Was even sent pics of cracks in the phone which were clearly not present on the pics I sent before posting. Amazon also refused to get involved as they claim they are not responsible for the second phone sent out. Only the original.
Absolute con artists
Absolute con artists. Sold me a ps5 meant to be new and came with a broken controller. Would not answer messages. Why are people like this in business
