Avoid them when possible

I was surprised to see they do not send you the copy of signed documents.
Or a certified copy of the fully executed document as mentioned by Article 24(2)(d) of the eIDAS.

How they guarantee the legality of the service if you do not receive the proof? It has no sense.
Signing on this platform you end up with no proof of having the contract signed by both sides; is only a PDF with no proof of signing by any of the parties (if smart to download before signing, after will not be available).

That means signing on this platform has no legal value.
Their services is not compliant with Regalement eIDAS or Law 6/2020 in Spain
