Dodgy company

Purchased an item and heard nothing from them, when I emailed after a week they said it was “being prepared for the next process”. Few days later they emailed to say it’s out of stock. Offered me an exchange or to wait for restock; I requested a refund and after continuing to email and call me they eventually agreed to refund. Said refund would take 3-7 business days - didn’t receive it. Only after threatening to do a credit card chargeback did I get my money back, nearly a month after purchase. Will never buy from this company again.
