Brutally good!

The SOP library is very well-made and incredibly thorough. Every SOP provides a step-by-step checklist that leaves no stones unturned so that even someone completely unfamiliar with the concept explained can easily follow. A very practical tool to use with clients/internal team that saves time and builds authority. The dashboard is very functional, and you can feel that ClickMinded is actively invested in their own process. I initially purchased the Agency Toolkit but quickly upgraded to the full library and I’m glad I did. I appreciate receiving emails with updates on new SOPs and I’m looking forward to see what else they come up with.

These SOPs will help your company have step by step instructions when performing tasks like configuring Google analytics and other tasks where you don't want to forget a step. Even better, Tommy and his team keep these SOPs up to date as the tech changes.

I love Clickminded

It’s a solid app with amazing SOPs but I do hesitate to get team licensing. It’s a lot of manual config exporting each SOP to a custom library for our internal team and updating them is a bit of a hassle. Maybe an iframe or embed feature would be cool.

The Clickminded SOP Library has been very helpful in giving me a base to start from in organizing SOPs for both myself and my clients. It saves a lot of time and energy by giving me a base to start from and helping me through parts of my job I'm not well-versed in.

The protocols you need that are ready, and it's for adults. I appreciate the access to the info I need and the ongoing updates, all while not getting hammered with erroneous additional marketing campaigns or nonsense emails.
