Fantastic service from the whole team. Needed 2 cars moving long distance within a week. ClickNDrive met this requirement. The driver used was excellent, kept all parties updated with an ETA, both cars were delivered on time. Both cars were fitted with telematics, both were driven very respectful at all times, no reports of speeding etc. I will be using ClickNDriver again.

Appalling service from Gerry who came to collect my wife's vehicle. He was rude and utterly misogynistic.
He even tried to bluff and handed back the car keys when we refused him access to our WiFi - presumably he doesn't have enough data on his mobile plan.

He then tried to make big issues about small dents and scratches on the car whilst talking to the purchaser - all of which we had already notified the purchaser about. He was deliberately trying to get the value of the car reduced!

My wife was left shaking in anger at his total disregard for her being the owner and his rude, misogynistic attitude.

Nasty little man who l suspect does not represent the values of Click N Drive, but still made what should have been a simple handover into a very unpleasant experience.

If I could give 0 stars I would this is by far one of the worst companies around in the UK they are so unprofessional I used to work for them the manager jason is a complete disgrace doesn't give a toss about his staff I waited 3 weeks to get paid the planner paul is by far thr worst planner I've come across and when you call it's like he doesn't want to talk to you just puts the phone down and the girls in the office are no help at all from top to bottom an absolute disgrace of a company.

Car booked in for 9-11 on a Friday morning. Rang at 11:30 to see if driver needed directions today there was a problem and he was not coming. When I said it needed to be collected today they rang back later to say another driver was on the way. 3 hours later I was told something had also happened to that driver and they would ring me back when they could sort something out, never rang back. Called the company who I was selling my car to who were very apologetic and stated they had also let other customers down that day too and he doesn’t know why his company still uses them. Non existent service and just as bad customer service, avoid at all costs.

The transaction went very smoothly - Adrian the driver was a pleasure to deal with; friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you!

The driver Lee Green completed his job in a very professional and thorough manner. His tasks were completed quickly and efficiently but the admin tasks by the car buying company were slow and ineffective and took a long time to be sorted (around 30 mins) and payment completed. Lee was very patient and courtious as he was not allowed to leave until the payment was received. I understand that significant checks and security checks are necessary but admin was the only annoying issue.

Awful experience, would arrange a date/time for collection but did not turn up. No call or email to explain why.. just an email would come through hours later, saying re booked for another date!??? Terrible communication. Cancelled my booking. Never again!

Click n Drive delivered our brand new car today, on time and kept us informed from the point they received the instruction. Driver was well dressed and polite. Would highly recommend

Don dropped off my car this morning, really friendly and helpful. Showed me where my car garage had left all my paperwork and additional key etc. very pleased.

A great company to work for. Always have plenty of work for the drivers with plenty of varied routes to keep it interesting.
A very professional company with great office staff who are always on hand to help with any problems that arise.
My point of contact in the office was Tash who always excelled in solving any of my issues.

Car collected today by David on behalf of Motorway. Very professional and courteous, and pick up was arranged on one of my chosen dates despite travel caused by recent storms.

Recently bought a car through carzam and was delivered by click n drive driver was very smart and polite the vehicle was delivered within the 1hr time slot and in good condition

Car was delivered by Michael on the 11th April, quick and easy handover and he was friendly. Do not give these guys flak if you purchased with Carzam as they are simply the contracted service as I have issues still unresolved with them whilst car was being delivered.

Cannot fault the delivery of my vehicle I purchased via carzam. Dave contacted me the night before with a delivery time and was spot on. Friendly and delivered in one piece. Thank you

Amazing service. Best part in my recent car purchase through Carzam.
John Wingad delivered my car from Grimsby, which i had bought online through Carzam.
John called and informed me when he will arrive and was apologetic for delivering late in the day even if it was no fault of his. He was miss-informed that I had a Part-ex car to take away, leaving him without onward ride. Yet he was very patient and gave me plenty of time to inspect the car inside and out. Even sat with me for a short test drive before handing over the keys.

As part of the G4 group, i have worked alongside Don and the team from CnD for the last 16 months. I have found them to be very resilient in the face of adversity and now they are showing what they are made of, great customer care Don, keep up the great work.

I have been with these guys around 8 months now, and I can say with all honesty, best company out there.
