something is wrong with their system, keep getting email unsuccessful auto pay, but its already taken out of account. Customer service say check with my bank, I told them it's their system and it's been ongoing for almost a year and tired of calling to check monthly, defeats the purpose of setting up autopay for peace of mind

ClickPay is awful

I successfully used clickpay for a few years , two different apartments. Than when i attempted to use it @ my new address their where issues and the customer service experience was so horrendous and incompetent that i lost all confidence in clickpay and will be forced to buy stamps and money orders again. Absolutely ridiculous that most landlords only give you one online pay option, shitty azz clickpay. I removed my former address from my account everyday for a week & a half and every day i would receive an email from clickpay hours later saying that my old address had been added back to account. I tried to "submit a ticket" regarding that but i couldn't because there amateurish tech said my phone number wasn't valid so it wouldn't submit. I spoke to a supervisor who said she would get back to me but she never did... CLICKPAY SUCKS!!

Wrongly charged TRIPLE the amount that was due

Very poor customer experience! My condo association switched over to ClickPay in June of this year. The first two payments were processed just fine. This month, I was charged more than triple what my normal payment is, despite being set up on auto pay. I first took this up with my condo association. They confirmed that only my normal monthly fees were charged, and gave me a printout that indeed showed my first two payments made via ClickPay with the correct amount, and then the most recent charge of over $2400, resulting in a credit of the surplus amount... just over three month's worth of my monthly association fees. The association told me to reach out to ClickPay. I did. ClickPay could provide NO reason as to why I was charged this amount. They stated they only pay what they're told by the property management company, so I called the property management company... who once again confirmed that ClickPay overcharged my account and they can't explain why they did so. The property management company, however, stated that other customers in the beginning of this month had reported that ClickPay was rejecting payments from customers (their fault, not the customers' faults...). I have since cancelled my autopay through ClickPay and removed my banking information, lest they overcharge me AGAIN and overdraw my account this time.... I'm still waiting on an explanation, by the way.

If you are a landlord or a property management company, I urge you to find a different payment processer. Please review all of the terrible reviews here and other places, such as the BBB. Honest people are trying to make payments for the CORRECT amounts and apparently coming up against issue after issue after issue. I can't trust my banking information with a company that is clearly so poorly managed.

This company sucks

This company sucks. It is so tedious and hassle to pay rent. They pay process is complex and frustrating as well as complicated. It needs to be more user friendly. Instead of all the categories allow options for bill payers to write what they are submitting their payments for. Kimco requires the tenants to pay and it is an absolute nightmare and super confusing.

This company should never be in business

This company is a middle man for processing payment. There are fees associated with each transaction which go to the real transaction doer. When ClickPay made a mistake, for example, mistaken charging clients when not suppose to, the service charge fee will not be refunded, even though ClickPay didn't perform any service. This company should never be allowed in business.

Management/ HOA Abuse

As a home owner in a condo association. If you have a terrible management company, they will use this payment system, to bill your account. Whatever they want. The click pay company is not responsible to step in. You will have no recourse.

Don't pay with a credit card. Read the small print.

If you pay with a credit card, you will be charged $250. This is mentioned in the small print. It has been very hard to obtain a refund and repay via routing number. Customer Service, to their credit, has been really kind.

I do NOT recommend Clickpay under their current operating principles.

Click pay failed to process my payments for 6 months

Click pay failed to process my payments for 6 months which caused me to owe over $9,000 in rent even when the payments were listed as processed in my portal. Completely irresponsible business handling which caused a heavy and unnecessary financial burden on the customer. Extremely disappointing to see a business ran so unprofessionally and lackadaisically. Highly recommend you do NOT do any business with Clickpay unless you enjoy being scammed.

There Has To Be A Better Service.…

I don't know why any building management company would use this service. Clickpay's web payment access page never works making it difficult for customers to pay maintenance in a timely way.
When you call customer support the wait time is never less than 40 to 50 minutes.
At that time you receive a new one-time code and the following month the same situation repeats itself. It give new meaning to Ground Hog Day. This had gone on now for more than 2 years

This company is a nightmare

This company is a nightmare. They are extremely rude and blame it on their translation software.

The way they create Bitcoin wallets causes HUGE byte size which takes forever for confirmations to go through. After three days of paying more and more in fees. I finally get confirmations on the block chain.

After clearly receiving the money according to their web and having over 19+ confirmations. The money was never sent. I contacted support and now they're saying they haven't received my money and have essentially lost it.

I have screenshots that can't be posted here on them you can clearly see they've received it, but in the chat box, they claim they haven't. Money still hasn't been sent.

Can’t add bank account to auto paid…

Can’t add bank account to auto paid because they are “not matching” and I manually type in bank account number because u won’t let me copy and paste and after 20 try still not matching when it is literally exactly the same.

Same thing with credit card, the made portal just won’t take ur information and keep giving error msg that doesn’t apply.

I was treated like I was an idiot every time I tried to talk to someone, was promised things would get resolved once they reached out to someone. Then was forced to wait for a month for an answer; and then told that the issue can’t be figured out from who they requested; just to have this case closed saying that they proved that the account matches what’s on file and to give a survey even though nothing got resolved I just got thrown around to have more money stolen from me by your company. Which according to your team is the companies policy. I hope everyone gets ride of your services and you have to shut down.
