I accepted a contract with a carrier on their website for 800 euros. When the vehicle arrived, they demanded €1,100 or they wouldn't give me the vehicle. Clicktrans didn't help me, they don't take responsibility for their customers, and they don't care about them.

Very bad service, does not do anything except taking service fees. No contract, no insurance and does not even help in a proper way. Costumer service is bad. God that I found a good company but otherwise no help at all from this homepage when it comes to trust and legal aspect.
