Mini bus was waiting for us at Alicante Airport and was exactly on time to pick us up at our hotel for the return journey to the airport.
Drivers were both very helpful and pleasant drive both ways .

The arrival pick up from airport was excellent. Fast and efficient and the minibus we had was exceptionally clean and new and had a courteous driver.

Our pick up on departure was excellent again, driver most courteous and was early to my relief which was a bonus.

I have used the shuttle service before which was great but this time opted for a private transfer for the Burgas airport to Sunny Beach transfer. I travelled out alone but had 2 friends coming back with me who were staying in a different hotel. I phoned Clicktransfers in the UK to see if they could pick up my friends from their hotel then pick me up from mine. I was told that my friends would have to get themselves to my hotel as they would only do one pick up. Once in the resort I phoned the local office and asked the question again. This time I was told there would be no problem picking up my friends from their hotel, then me. The local service was spot on with punctual, friendly drivers. I highly recommend this service. I would have given 5 stars if the UK side of things were more accurate.

Great service and pick up was time

Great service. Flights changed one week before travel, dropped them an email and all changed and confirmation received within 24 hours. On arrival to Alicante our driver was waiting, we booked the speedy transfer and we was the 2nd drop and at out apartments with in the hour. Our return pick-up was prompt and again back to the airport within the hour. Highly recomend this service and worth paying for the speedy transfers, couldn't fault them at all.

First time we have used Click Transfers and will be using them again without hesitation.

The price was the cheapest we found but the service was top value. The vehicle and driver were also excellent.

We have used Clicktransfer many times, we were picked up on time, and the driver was very helpful with our luggage, and a smooth drive to the airport, I do recommend Clicktrasfers to everyone already it's one of the best company's for transfers.

Our return transfer was 5 minutes after midnight - which caused terrible confusion with the transfer company - had to make loads of calls to confirm and they still didn't arrive - having made it for the wrong day. incredibly stressful end to a holiday - have contact click transfers regarding my complaint 4 times now with no response whatsoever - appreciate your website states that you are not responsible for the transfer!! (really??) but you haven't even acknowledged me with an apology from a human or passed this onto the transfer company. totally disgusted by the service of both the transfer company and click transfers. appalling

Myself and my family arrived in Turkey at 9.30 pm and when we arrived at the airport the driver was waiting for us with a card bearing our name for easy identification. The trip to kusadasi was pleasant and air conditioned. The driver was very pleasant and took us right outside the door of the house we were staying in. On the return journey we were picked up in a very comfortable coach and we had only a few stops before we were on the road to the airport. Which we arrived at in good time for our flight.when I phoned the day before to confirm the return transfer the girl at the other end of the phone spoke perfect English.😎

Excellent service from Click Transfers. Driver was waiting at the aiport and we travelled in a brand new air-conditioned mercedes. Driver was very polite on the way to the hotel and on the way back. Would always use this company as we have travelled with them in the past and never had any problems. Would definately recommend you use them. We wouldn't use anyone else.

Waiting at the airport for us upon arrival, taking us straight to the hotel. Arrived promptly to take us back, would certainly use again. Fantastic price also!

On the trip to the hotel, the driver was moaning about his job to the passengers and wasn't happy with how long it took to drop us all off! He was driving quite fast for the winding roads of Corfu because he wanted to get finished for the day and I didn't always feel safe.

For the return trip to the airport, I needed to phone the company twice as they were making a fuss about collecting me from my hotel as it was on a hill. I was told the bus would meet me at the hotel but in the end the driver phoned my hotel to get the owner to take me to the bottom of the hill. I really wasn't impressed with this. It would also be better if the company had phoned me back about this rather than me having to phone twice.

On arrival at Rhodes airport we had to wait in a queue for at least 30 minutes and to our dismay had to share a taxi with another couple going to other apartments in Pefkos. Considering that I had booked for a private transfer and paid over £100 for a return taxi journey we still had to squeeze into a small car with 4 bags in the boot of the car. Was extremely disappointed to learn also that this couple had also booked through click transfers and had paid £35 for the same return taxi journey - whilst they were quite happy to share a taxi with us I found it extremely unfair that we had paid 3 times the amount that they had paid for the same service. Upon arrival home I emailed click transfers and have still to await their reply - we have now been home since 3rd July and the only email we have from them is to rate our experience. Will never use this company again.

As always the service was very good. Awaiting at the airport and arriving on time to collect us on return. Will use again.

Driver was waiting for me at the airport and transfer was quick and smooth
and driver talked to me. On the return pick up driver was bang on time and also talked to me. I have used this company twice now and would have no hesitation in using them again.

FIRST CLASS service in every way

We always use Click Transfers, and in the past been happy with the service. On arrival at Tenerife South on 10th September we were told by the agent there that Click Transfers had gone bust and owed them over 10,000 euros. Consequently we had to get a cab, and will have to do the same for our return journey! Would have been nice to be notified before our holiday!

This is the second time we've used Click Transfers this year and both times we've received excellent service and competitive prices!!!

I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
