ClickUp’s recent public messaging around aggressive AI adoption and workforce reduction makes me less confident in the company as a long-term vendor. For a tool used to manage daily work, trust, reliability, support quality, and human accountability matter. I’d like to see clearer evidence that AI adoption is improving the product for customers rather than simply reducing headcount.

AI without context is basically a function with no parameters.
It might run, but the output is going to be generic.

ClickUp is an incredibly powerful all-in-one platform that truly streamlines my work as a PM. The customizable workflows and the Outlook integration are top-notch. While the expensive AI add-ons and the lack of free onboarding are definitely frustrating, the platform's ability to handle complex multi-project management makes it absolutely worth using.

Managing complex website redesigns and daily agency workflows requires a tool that doesn't get in the way. ClickUp has been fantastic for keeping design sprints and client projects perfectly organized. What I appreciate most is the clean, minimalist interface—it provides all the heavy-duty tracking features needed without any visual clutter. It makes moving from wireframe tasks to final asset handoffs completely frictionless. Highly recommended for creative teams.

We use ClickUp to manage client projects, internal workflows, and cross-functional tasks simultaneously. It handles all of it well. Custom statuses, time tracking, workload views, and the ability to structure spaces per client or team type give us exactly the flexibility we need without having to stitch together multiple tools.

Our team uses ClickUp AI mainly for engineering, support, and operations workflows.

Engineering uses ClickUp Brain to generate sprint summaries, task descriptions, and technical documentation from meetings. Support uses an AI workflow that categorizes tickets and drafts first responses for common issues, which reduced response times significantly.

Operations uses AI-generated meeting summaries and automatic task creation after client calls, saving a lot of manual follow-up work.

The feature that surprised us most was how well ClickUp AI understands context across tasks and Docs, making documentation and project updates much faster.

another s... that does not worth the money. They rely on aggressive commercials to sell a completely useless app full of bug. On top of that it has a conflict with one of my daily software worldwide used and clickup.com keeps making my laptop crashed.

Saskia Stoker told me clickup handles inventory when asked further she said it was a list inside the crm software which is also miniaml, very deceptive and rude, hard to get straight answers, just wants you to click buy based on lies

Overall, ClickUp has been a really positive experience. In less than six months it became the backbone of our team's project management and the single source of truth for almost the entire operation. What stands out the most is the flexibility, the hierarchy of Spaces, Folders and Lists combined with multiple views and customizable fields adapts to whatever workflow we throw at it, without forcing us into someone else's method. The UX is intuitive enough that I got up to speed on my own, and the robust API plus native integrations with tools like Gmail and Outlook make it easy to plug ClickUp into the rest of our stack. ClickUp Brain is a nice bonus when I remember to use it.
It's not perfect, of course. Paying in dollars from Brazil hurts the budget and is the kind of thing you have to justify internally every time you expand the team. The notification volume can get noisy until you tune it properly, performance shows some lag in heavier workspaces, and the lack of Portuguese support adds friction when you need to talk to the support team, although when I did reach out, the experience was smooth and they solved my issue quickly.
In the end, it's a tool that delivers a lot for what it charges. It replaced several scattered tools, brought clarity to our operation and centralized everything we need in one place. I'd recommend it to any team looking to stop juggling spreadsheets and chats and finally have real visibility over their work.

It's a amazing tool, has everything you need to structure and organise your company. You just have to be a little creative some times, but the tools and features are there. ClickUp team always replies super fast, so that's good too.

I have used a few other solutions for project management, task tracking, etc., and Click Up is the only solution that provides me a full suite of options to manage all my workflows. It's adaptability and customization opportunities are impressive - we have been able to tailor our folders, lists, documents, templates, dashboards, etc. to specific project or workflow needs. It has easily become the quintessential tool in our toolbox!

Clickup is great! Great support and community! But there are areas that need improvement and they have been overlooked for a while. It's also very comprehensive, which makes it a bit complicated at first. That being said, there's not another system out there I would switch to!
