Good system, versatile to any needs, but this adds layers of complexity to work out how best to configure for your organisation. The introduction of AI tools has been a big win.

AI-first restructuring raises trust concerns
ClickUp’s recent public messaging around aggressive AI adoption and workforce reduction makes me less confident in the company as a long-term vendor. For a tool used to manage daily work, trust, reliability, support quality, and human accountability matter. I’d like to see clearer evidence that AI adoption is improving the product for customers rather than simply reducing headcount.
AI Without Context Is Just Bad Code
AI without context is basically a function with no parameters.
It might run, but the output is going to be generic.
That’s the problem with how a lot of teams are using AI today. They have access to powerful models, but those models are disconnected from the actual work: the tasks, docs, goals, dashboards, priorities, dependencies, and conversations that define how the team operates.
In developer terms, it’s like calling:
generateProductivity();
…and expecting magic.
But real productivity comes when AI has access to the right inputs:
generateProductivity({
tasks,
docs,
goals,
dashboards,
teamContext,
priorities,
workflows
});
That’s what makes a Converged AI Workspace different.
It’s not just an AI chat window bolted onto your stack. It’s AI embedded natively into the environment where work already happens.
When AI is bolted on, it has no real runtime context.
When AI is built in, it can understand the full application state.
That’s the difference with ClickUp Brain.
It doesn’t just sit on top of your work like a third-party plugin. It lives inside the workspace, with native access to tasks, docs, dashboards, goals, and integrations across the tools your team already uses.
So every AI interaction is powered by real context: your data, your structure, your priorities, and your workflows.
Because AI isn’t the future of work by itself.
Contextual AI is.
Or to put it another way:
if (AI.hasContext()) {
return betterDecisions + fasterExecution + fewerContextSwitches;
}
How much more could your AI do if it actually knew your work?
Verry Good Task Management Application
A all in one tool
ClickUp is an incredibly powerful all-in-one platform that truly streamlines my work as a PM. The customizable workflows and the Outlook integration are top-notch. While the expensive AI add-ons and the lack of free onboarding are definitely frustrating, the platform's ability to handle complex multi-project management makes it absolutely worth using.
Managing complex website redesigns and…
Managing complex website redesigns and daily agency workflows requires a tool that doesn't get in the way. ClickUp has been fantastic for keeping design sprints and client projects perfectly organized. What I appreciate most is the clean, minimalist interface—it provides all the heavy-duty tracking features needed without any visual clutter. It makes moving from wireframe tasks to final asset handoffs completely frictionless. Highly recommended for creative teams.
So bad
So bad, absolute nightmare from UX perspective. Did Product Manager work on that?
Plus972 x ClickUp
We use ClickUp to manage client projects, internal workflows, and cross-functional tasks simultaneously. It handles all of it well. Custom statuses, time tracking, workload views, and the ability to structure spaces per client or team type give us exactly the flexibility we need without having to stitch together multiple tools.
Once your workspace is set up to match how your team actually works, it becomes a genuine source of truth across even complex, concurrent workstreams.
Highly recommend for agencies managing 30+ clients and 5+ teams at once.
How ClickUp AI Helped Our Team Automate Workflows and Improve Collaboration
Our team uses ClickUp AI mainly for engineering, support, and operations workflows.
Engineering uses ClickUp Brain to generate sprint summaries, task descriptions, and technical documentation from meetings. Support uses an AI workflow that categorizes tickets and drafts first responses for common issues, which reduced response times significantly.
Operations uses AI-generated meeting summaries and automatic task creation after client calls, saving a lot of manual follow-up work.
The feature that surprised us most was how well ClickUp AI understands context across tasks and Docs, making documentation and project updates much faster.
Powerful workspace for teams that need structure and automation and ai power
ClickUp has become one of the most flexible project management platforms I work with. What I like most is that it can adapt to many different business models instead of forcing every team into the same rigid structure.
For teams dealing with messy operations, scattered tasks, unclear ownership, or manual follow-ups, ClickUp can bring everything into one organized workspace. The combination of Spaces, Folders, Lists, custom fields, dashboards, forms, templates, and automations makes it very powerful when it is set up properly.
It is especially useful for agencies, operations teams, recruitment workflows, client delivery, internal processes, and cross-functional teams that need visibility and accountability.
The biggest strength is also the biggest challenge: ClickUp is highly customizable. That means teams need to think carefully about their structure before building too much. A clean setup makes ClickUp excellent. A rushed setup can become messy quickly.
Overall, I highly recommend ClickUp for teams that want one central place to manage work, automate repetitive steps, and create better operational clarity.
another s..
another s... that does not worth the money. They rely on aggressive commercials to sell a completely useless app full of bug. On top of that it has a conflict with one of my daily software worldwide used and clickup.com keeps making my laptop crashed.
thank you for wasting my money and the health of my laptop.
Saskia Stoker told me clickup handles…
Saskia Stoker told me clickup handles inventory when asked further she said it was a list inside the crm software which is also miniaml, very deceptive and rude, hard to get straight answers, just wants you to click buy based on lies
Flexible, powerful and worth the investment
Overall, ClickUp has been a really positive experience. In less than six months it became the backbone of our team's project management and the single source of truth for almost the entire operation. What stands out the most is the flexibility, the hierarchy of Spaces, Folders and Lists combined with multiple views and customizable fields adapts to whatever workflow we throw at it, without forcing us into someone else's method. The UX is intuitive enough that I got up to speed on my own, and the robust API plus native integrations with tools like Gmail and Outlook make it easy to plug ClickUp into the rest of our stack. ClickUp Brain is a nice bonus when I remember to use it.
It's not perfect, of course. Paying in dollars from Brazil hurts the budget and is the kind of thing you have to justify internally every time you expand the team. The notification volume can get noisy until you tune it properly, performance shows some lag in heavier workspaces, and the lack of Portuguese support adds friction when you need to talk to the support team, although when I did reach out, the experience was smooth and they solved my issue quickly.
In the end, it's a tool that delivers a lot for what it charges. It replaced several scattered tools, brought clarity to our operation and centralized everything we need in one place. I'd recommend it to any team looking to stop juggling spreadsheets and chats and finally have real visibility over their work.
ClickUp is part of my routine
ClickUp is part of my routine. I can no longer imagine my life without using this tool in my day-to-day work. Besides aligning my ideas, it helps me plan my entire operation and helps my team better organize their deliverables, priorities, and be more productive.
From Paper Piles to One Click: How We Automated Our Entire Admissions Document Process with n8n and ClickUp
Using ClickUp alongside our n8n admissions automation has been a game changer for tracking and managing the onboarding pipeline. Tasks that were previously scattered across emails, spreadsheets, and manual checklists are now centralized in ClickUp, giving our HR team full visibility into each collaborator's admissions progress — from document collection to folder organization in Google Drive.
Excellent all-in-one productivity and project management tool
ClickUp is an outstanding productivity platform that brings tasks, projects, docs, and team collaboration into one place. It’s highly customizable, which makes it suitable for both individuals and teams of any size. The interface is feature-rich, yet once you get used to it, it becomes very powerful for organizing workflows and improving productivity.
The task management system, views (list, board, calendar, Gantt), and automation options are especially impressive. It helps reduce the need for multiple tools and keeps everything centralized. Regular updates and new features show that the team is actively improving the platform.
Overall, ClickUp is a reliable and efficient tool that significantly improves organization and project tracking.

Great application to manage multiple projects with multiple clients.
From development team to managing the macros, for me is the best tool to center your operations
It's a amazing tool
It's a amazing tool, has everything you need to structure and organise your company. You just have to be a little creative some times, but the tools and features are there. ClickUp team always replies super fast, so that's good too.
Amazing Adaptability, Customization, and Experience
I have used a few other solutions for project management, task tracking, etc., and Click Up is the only solution that provides me a full suite of options to manage all my workflows. It's adaptability and customization opportunities are impressive - we have been able to tailor our folders, lists, documents, templates, dashboards, etc. to specific project or workflow needs. It has easily become the quintessential tool in our toolbox!
Clickup is great!
Clickup is great! Great support and community! But there are areas that need improvement and they have been overlooked for a while. It's also very comprehensive, which makes it a bit complicated at first. That being said, there's not another system out there I would switch to!
