I have tried my share of SaaS for task management etc. and Clickup is the best overall that covers a wide range of functionality. task management, integration with google workspace and git hub, docs etc. It has become even better after they rolled out the chat update a while back.

The only reason I took a little off is because of the pricing policy. The plan itself isn't horrible but the way they structure the pricing makes it look like I could be spending much more than I want in the future. They keep crawling the prices up one way or the other.

I get that they put a lot into the service but it just becomes concerning and makes me not want to get too reliant on just Clickup.

I'll be honest, it has saved me from bouncing back and forth between multiple SaaS services at once. The updates are also surprisingly fast and the 1:1 help is very professional and helpful.

Their AI and Automations have been really helpful for my follow up processes. As an EA and Operations person, this softens my day a little bit more.

It's a nice experience to navigate on ClickUp, and easy to find what you are looking for once you get familiar with the interface.

This tool is flexible and easy to customize based on team members' needs. The dashboards, tagging, and custom fields make it easy to customize what is shown to a specific team member or department, enabling focus. The AI superagent tool was also easy to configure, and works as expected based on the parameters we set up for it.

horrible experience, customer support does not exist. i'll switch to Asana.

I love how much you can customize absolutely everything! Some of the features that I would like to use are behind a paywall, HOWEVER, I am using the free version and I have access to SO MANY features that I am able to fully work in ClickUp for everything I need. The features that cost money would be nice, but the free version is extremely satisfactory. ClickUp vastly improved communication between teammates, staying on task and current with tasks, keeping me extremely organized!

ClickUp does a great job at brining all my work together into one easy to navigate place. Its straightforward to use out of the box but it can also be very complex to learn how to set it up to your custom use case. You can easily spend a lot of hours experimenting and learning. I think additional and on-going in-app onboarding experience would help here. They do this well win new features are released (like recently with ClickUp 4.0) but there could be opportunities to improve experience for existing users based on their usage and use cases since Clickup has so much data inside each account.

You can manage your tasks and projects, keep your SOPs and playbooks a click away, customize your workspace and even communicate with your team and keep it all in the right spot for just in time information.
