Fantastic product range.
Was trying to purchase over the counter in Opticians near me but their stock levels were poor.
I ordered online and range was great plus it advised me what products were in stock. Site was very easy to navigate. I clicked, I paid and a few short days later I received. Price perfect, package arrived well packed. The quality is as good as it was with my last glasses. I have been using for the last 10 to 15 years and delighted with them.

This is my second pair of Clics. I loved the first pair (original Clics reader glasses when the company first started). When it became necessary to get prescription lenses, I contacted Clic to see if I could put prescription lenses in my readers. I was told no and that I would have to buy prescription Clics. This was a lie and I successfully (and easily according to the company who put my new prescription lenses in) transitioned my reader Clics to prescription. I then had to have bifocals and my original Clics did not have enough area in the frame to put bifocals in and I had to buy a new pair. This time I bought prescription Clics which only came with a soft headband and the adjustable arms. The adjustable arms are really irritating. They don’t stay adjusted to where I need them and I’m constantly having to readjust them. I ended up setting them where I need them to be and putting tape around the arms which looks pretty ghetto. I was also told I can’t get the style I want with a hard headband (even though they were previously available) and I can’t get them without these adjustable arms. I will be looking for the style I want used instead of from Clic so I can get the style I want.

The neck strap is not flexible, although it was as advertised as such.

I like clic eyewear, this is my second one, I was very satisfied with the first one, the process of buying the second one through internet was very easy, the delivery was smooth and easy, thank you.

I have purchased 4 pairs of readers and returned one pair. I took 3 mails before I got a return-address.
Now we are a month further (after the return) and I still did not get reimbursed neither any reaction.
I even translated my mails into Italian hoping it would accelerate things. Nothing...
After sending 4 new mails yesterday, I finally got a reaction ...they claim they did not receive my return sending.

Amazing glasses. I would be lost without them. Good to have direct sales in Europe now. Thanks.

I have used clic eyewear for years and i like the glasses. I received an ad that offered if I buy 1 pair, add extra pairs for $20 each. I went to the site bought 2 of the same pair and it gave me 10% off which is not what was offered. Additionally they have a pesky .98 cents charge for free returns that auto checks in your cart, you need to un-check it each time. And if you make any changes it checks again. I tried to call to see what the problem is but they close Fridays at 1PM. So customers don't need help during regular business hours?

Glasses are as expected, good qualty, fulfilling my need for such an item.
Shiping was in a few days by UPS, great.

The Glasses are broken after Just a Few Days, Despite very careful handling. I am very disappointed and angry.

I have been using clic glasses..just received another xxl glasses...they are made in China and there is a big difference im the quality
.this will be my last pair if they can't sell American made I will not buy anymore.

I have been using Click for many years and the Product is great.
However, it seems now that delivery from Italy is terrible. I took the day off work to be at home for the delivery.
They delivered to another town and told me to go and get the parcel. Then I told them I want a refund, they said I had to pay to send the glasses back to get a refund, how can I send them back when I did not recieve them ????? Terrible service!!!
When I pointed out that I would contact my bank and get the payment returned, they said they would try to get the transport company to deliver to the correct address, so now waiting to see if I get my new glasses or not. He estado usando Click durante muchos años y el producto es genial.
Sin embargo, ahora parece que la entrega desde Italia es terrible. Me tomé el día libre en el trabajo para estar en casa para la entrega.
Hicieron la entrega en otra ciudad y me dijeron que fuera a buscar el paquete. Luego les dije que quería un reembolso, me dijeron que tenía que pagar para enviar las gafas de vuelta para obtener un reembolso, ¿cómo puedo devolverlas si no las recibí? ¡¡¡Servicio terrible!!!
Cuando les dije que me comunicaría con mi banco para que me devolvieran el pago, me dijeron que intentarían que la empresa de transporte entregara el paquete en la dirección correcta, así que ahora estoy esperando a ver si recibo mis nuevas gafas o no.
