Filled a gap

Clientful has come along at just the right moment when potential leads were missed due to increased workload. Now, due to their excellent calendar systems already in place, contacting potential clients is a streamlined process, in particular the pre-vetting has reduced time spent following up. Additionally, the team is welcoming and knowledgeable, working with Clientful is just a pleasure.

Excellent Admin Service...

Clientful has immensely improved my business and admin processes. Before engaging with them, I was inundated with phone calls with prospective clients and this took up so much of my time that I couldn't focus on my business. Now I have Clientful on board I have gained way more free time than I expected and all I have to do is secure the business. Their services are very unique, professional and extremely useful. Very happy to have them onboard with our Architectural practice.

True to their word...

I started to use Clientful to look after our leads as we were receiving 7 a day and the admin was taking up more resource than I realised. From the moment they took over, I've seen my days feel more open and removed a huge amount of 'firefighting'. In tern, my appointment diary is fuller than ever, with the majority of the conversations leading to quotes and in January we closed almost 5 times the amount of work we do normally! This experience has left me wondering why I didn't do it sooner! Thanks so much guys - I couldn't ask for more!

I've been working with the Clientful…

I've been working with the Clientful team for 3 months now and I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They are knowledgeable, great to work with and the customer service has been perfect.
