I have been with this software from the beta phase, and I can honestly tell you that it has grown into an amazing tool if you are a freelance or small agency wanting to acquire and retain quality clients. This tool as everything you need from the lead and proposal phase, to the contract and billing phase. This is an all-in-one-freelance tool that is affordable and has amazing support.

Clientjoy has been a breeze to use so far. I tried to use CRM's such as Hubspot but it was far too complex for what I needed.
It was also clunky and difficult to use. Clientjoy simplifies the process. One feature I love is turning a lead into a customer, so they go straight into the CRM.

I was hesitant to try another CRM…
I was hesitant to try another CRM because I had had some bad experiences with other programs. But I had heard that Clientjoy was so good that it might be worth trying. The prospect of trying a new software is always exciting (at least to me), so I wanted to give myself some "research time" and try the software, ClientJoy itself, and I was pleased. I found that the software was easy to use, focused on client management, and provided clear measures to manage your leads and clients, rather than the usual project management that are nor focus on CRM. Clientjoy let you do Invoices, quotes and soon emails, for which there are many templates that save a lot of time. I also found the customer service reliable and notice that they release updates regularly. It's worth a try, and I am happy with the results.

Creating a clientjoy account is easy and precise. It allows user to give brief information on the purpose for using the app, and how to fully utilize this app for that purpose.
A good CRM and billing software
A good CRM and billing software. Easy to use and with an active development in BTS. We are glad we found ClientJoy now we don't need to manage everything on separate platforms.
There is still a lot of room for improvement but hopefully they will prove our trust right as the time pass on.

Clientjoy is an all-in-one. It saves me forking out $$$ for multiple different products.
My initial needs were a CRM, but Clientjoy has provided me with so much more. Their recent scheduler/calendar integration is super cool and integrates perfectly with my Google Calendar. There's also a native email integration if that's what you're looking for.
These meetings/activites are neatly displayed in a calendar view or on the updated dashboard explained below.
Just this week they updated their dashboard view, so I can see my day at a glance and an overview of any outstanding invoices, proposals and activities.
The client portal allows either us or the client to share/upload files/links, share proposals (great pre-made templates or easy to make your own) as well as invoices (integrates with Stripe). Automatic but customisable reminders can be sent through your own email too.
Clientjoy has it all.
On top of this, the team are active in their Facebook community and are a friendly, helpful and responsive bunch of people who care passionately about their product. They're always asking for opinions/feedback from the community so if you want to help shape their product I suggest joining their group.
Love the interface
Love the interface, and has made billing clients so simple. Now that I have my own dedicated SMTP set up, it is super professional looking and my clients love it.
Not Your 'Just Another' CRM; This One Is Special
When talking about the Clientjoy features I liked the most or found the most impactful, I can think of many. But my favorites include:
The email tracking feature; helps me manage digital communications easily.
The user-friendly client portal saves us from all the hassles; it allows us to interact with our clients easily, all from a single place. This improves the overall workflow and provides a seamless user experience.
Allows me to schedule/split recurring payments & sends me reminders for the same.
Though, If there is one thing that I think can be worked on, it'd be adding more templates to the mix to provide more options.
Still, the customer rep team is quite friendly too and that's why I'll give Clientjoy an 11/10. Definitely worth checking out.

I signed up for a free account with Clientjoy and had a question about the customer activities tab. The chat feature they have asked me to leave my email and message and someone would get back to me within 30 minutes. Now normally, if I can't get someone live at that moment, I don't bother because I usually never get a response. But to my surprise, Tanmay responded with minutes. Tanmay answered every question I had plus shared with me some of the upcoming updates they had planned for the client portals. I got on tonight after watching a YouTube review just to have a look around but ended up purchasing within 30 minutes.
The first reason is because of how simple and easy everything easy. It is all straight forward and to the point and just simple to set up! The UI is clean and I love the fact that you dont have to have a client sign up for an account in order for them to access their client portal. I can activate it just from a toggle and creating a password and then Clientjoy sends them an email with the client portal link and their login credentials and its done! I love that part.
The second reason, honestly is the customer service. My conversation with Tanmay was easy going and not salesy at all. I told him some things I was interested in that they didnt offer, and he actually took the time to submit a feature reques as I recevied an email to confirm it. I dont know what the future customer support will be like but so far its definitely 5 stars and I am definitely looking forward to using Clientjoy to manage my clients!

I've been searching for a CRM system for my web development business for many years, and I think I might have just found the holy grail.
Clientjoy seems to do all I need, and the roadmap for future development looks great!

So far I'm really impressed with Clientjoy. It seems they've really thought this through for use by those with an agency business model. I'm a professional speaker and pretty much everything about CJ well supports the kind of tasks and engagement I need to cover with my customers. Their customer portal is a great way to centralize my customer communications, and the email tracking feature is super helpful when it comes to managing digital messaging. The only issue I am running into is the platform running very slow at times trying to complete tasks. I find myself sitting and waiting for the platform to respond to new updates I've made and generating or creating proposals and invoices. There's enough great things about CJ that I'll stick with it even with the slowdowns, but I'd be thrilled if the site speed came up to par. One staff member explained this can happen when they're pushing updates and will not be a regular issue, but they must be doing a lot of updating right now...
