Terrible
Add said shipping from Aus, but Hong-Kong showed on tracking, took 23days. I had to constantly send email to enquire, especialy when a notice came on tracking stating my parcel.is detained. My package arrived today, both my creams are leaking. Will defnitely not order from this company again and would not recommend them. Still having doubts on using the cream on my face.

First time ordering from this Company, reviews posted seemed legitimate advertising "made and shipped from Australia" cosmetic product. Ordered product on 22 January 2026, was subsequently emailed Order Number and Tracking Number. I followed up delivery and was supplied link to courier (courier based overseas) have checked with courier tracking number does not exist - Clifrynacosh are not responding to emails. Package eventually arrived
on 20 February 2026 it was shipped via Wuhan in China - will not use this Company again as deceitful
advertising.
