Big change - swapping a coal fire to a gas fire

As I have never lived in a house with a gas fire before, the switch from a coal to a gas fire was a huge change for me. Me and my husband visited Cliftons and were helped enormously by Lewis who was very knowledgeable but never pushy. The fire and surround were ordered and delivered promptly on the day that the fitter, Sam, started the work. We were extremely impressed with the excellent customer service from start to finish and are thrilled with our new fire and surround. Sam even fitted us in on a few evenings so we wouldn't have to take leave. A huge thank you and shout out to both Lewis and Sam. I would recommend you both in a heartbeat.
