Great!

Very happy with ClimaFlux! Good communication and advice for an AirCo for my Amsterdam studio, and the installation also went very smooth!

Heating system does not work after installation

The initial schedule was missed
The installation took place in two separate days instead all at once.
They came 10 days after first installation.
The new technicians had no idea that during first installation a new ketel was installed and refused to check if all was ok as we had issues/leaks from the radiators.
They installed the heat pump and forgot to turn the system on.
The installation took from 9 to 6 PM.
They were leaving without installing/synchronizing the termostaat.
When asked initially did not want to take care of that and they left it off.
When prompted again and again to start the heating and termostaat they finally did it, however they did not ensure that all radiators worked, they said that it would take 30 minutes for all radiators to switch on.
Only one radiator was working when they left. They did not care whether the system worked or not, they just wanted to leave.
The result today, installation was yesterday, is that no heating system works.
The house is freezing cold.
No emergency phone available.
Nobody responds to messages.
Not recommended.
The sales guys sounded professional, invoice was sent upfront, but the heating does not work.
Today 7th of February 2024, the Pump is still inactive. No support received, ClimaFlux refused to liste to our complaints that the Gas consumption is as high as used to be.
We contracted a Pump specialist who checked that the Pump was never activated.

We take full responsibility when things do not go as planned, however we very much doubt the intent of your review. As you may have noticed we hold a personal relationship with our customers, like you, dearly, also we have thus-far swiftly responded to your messages by your personal account manager Tim, hence we do question your intent for setting up a communication line on this (for us thus-far) unknown review platform.

We doubt the intent of your review due to the combination of 1) you (still) not having paid your final 50% instalment for our services whilst enjoying a properly installed heat-pump, 2) stating untrue facts in your review and 3) your noticeable continuous efforts to find an opportunity for a non-feasible discount in the consulting process of the engagement.

If you have any (temporary) financial difficulties please let us know, we are more than happy to assist you in any way possible, like paying in more instalments.

For the record, please let us publicly respond factually on your review, as we view this as a relevant piece of information for who-ever reads this piece:
The installation took place on two separate days because we installed both a CV kettle and hybride heatpump, this is common practice in the market and we doubt this has not been shared and planned with you upfront. Also unfortunately we are not equipped nor we advice to repair radiators (as we would always advice to replace them), besides the fact that this has not been part of our agreed upon services. Hence we have not been able to fulfil your on-site request of repairing the radiator. The system was unfortunately not working properly at some moment after installation, you reported this at 7.28 PM on Saturday evening on the 23rd of December. We replied the next morning on Sunday the 24th of December at 8.45 AM (please note that this is the long weekend before Christmas and all technicians are typically off). Despite this timing we immediately had made a technician available and you confirmed it was possible to come and fix the installation in Amsterdam at 10.00AM the same morning. To our great surprise the technician came to a house where nobody was opening the door, because the owner, you, were on holiday. Very puzzled we have left your premises and started to rightfully doubt the urgency of the issue at hand. Despite this, for us flabbergasting, experience your personal account manager Tim has been in contact with you to plan an appointment after Christmas on the 27th. To, after all this care, receive a damaging and untrue review like this is very unpleasant, but the fact that you are still due for 50% of the payment whilst enjoying a working system is simply rude and hurting our business. Please get in contact with us to wrap this (payment issue?) up.

Also please note generally that we take pride and care in providing the highest possible quality standard and deliver the best customer service, therefore we compete on quality and not on price, to our joy this is reflected in reviews from other customers.
