The way everything is set up makes the whole experience hassle free and their communication is on point. Dr. Aktaş is inspiring trust and the way he talks made me very calm and reassured. I liked that they took care of everything not forgetting even the smallest details, me not even having to go to the pharmacy was a blessing. The girl that kept communications was very helpful and was always ready to help. Doctor Hakan Aktaş did a wonderful job in helping me shape my dream nose and his suggestion helped me get a result even better than what i hoped for and I am beyond pleased

I felt very well looked after while I was at Clineca. Everything from the point of enquiry, to pre and post operative care was above and beyond.
The communication throughout meant that I didn’t feel nervous going abroad getting my lift with implants. I would consider going back to Dr ORKUN UZUNEYÜPOĞLU and the rest of the team if I needed anything else done on the future 🙂

From the moment I arrived in Turkey, I felt genuinely taken care of Clineca Health organised every single step of my journey with so much precision: the airport transfer to my hotel, the clinic pickup, the paperwork, the blood tests, and the post-operation check-ups. Everything was coordinated perfectly, and I never felt lost or confused, not even for a second.

I want to give a special mention to Ahu, the clinic representative, who was in contact with me non-stop. She kept me updated about every step, answered all my questions immediately, and supported me through the entire process. She truly made me feel safe, seen, and cared for.

And then there is Dr. Hasan Alim. I honestly consider myself extremely lucky that he was the surgeon who worked on my face. His presence alone made me feel confident and calm. He was so patient, so encouraging, and so reassuring. Even when I was nervous or uncomfortable during checks, he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was happening. I trusted him instantly and that trust was 100% justified.

My surgery was a temporary brow lift and blepharoplasty. I am currently on Day 12, and healing is very much a process. I’m still swollen, still yellow… which is completely normal. The doctor told me directly that this phase is expected, and that there is still a long way to go until the final result shows.

But even at this early stage, I already feel grateful. I can see the structure underneath the swelling, and I know I’m in good hands. The nurses, the communication, the check-ups, the hotel stay, the transfers, everything has been organised so well that I didn’t have to worry about anything, not even for one minute.

If you’re considering this clinic or this doctor, I can confidently say that my experience has been professional, safe, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. I’m truly thankful for Clineca Health, for Ahu, and especially for Dr. Hasan Alim, who made this entire journey feel so much easier than I expected.

They are very proffesional and really take care of everything for you. I was so pleased since the very moment they took me from the airport to thr clinic, very warm, very friendly. The services were 10/10 and I have nothing to complain. It was a wise choice to choose Clineca.

My doctor was dr. Hakan Aktas and he is so sweet, so caring, he already knew what to do to my nose without me telling him. Of course I explained everything to him and he really listens to you and does what you ask him. For me it was important that my nose would still look natural, not fake, not barbie style and he did an exceptional job, even better than I had imagined it. Best decision made in 2025 honestly.

Also, it does not hurt!! At least it did not hurt for me, so take that into account as well.

As a final thought, I am happy eith the whole experience and I would recommend Clineca for anyone who wants to finally get the change they were yearning for💞 ( as I did for 10 years)

Overall, I’m very happy with my experience at Clineca. Everything was well-organized — transfers, hotel, support — all smooth, punctual, and stress-free. The team was always available, supportive, and answered all of my questions. The hotel was very comfortable, and I felt genuinely taken care of throughout the process.

One thing to be aware of: the surgery itself doesn’t take place at the Clineca clinic, but at a separate hospital where you need to stay the first night after operation and the staff doesn’t speak English, German, or Russian. It can be a bit unexpected if you’re not prepared for it.

But as long as you know exactly what you want and which doctor you’re going to, the rest will be handled with great professionalism. Thank you to the Clineca team for the care and excellent organization!

Everything was so well organized – every transfer was always on time, the nurses took great care of us, and our coordinator responded at any time, answering all our questions and helping with everything. I had a wonderful experience at Clineca and I highly recommend them. I had breast surgery and rhinoplasty with Doctor Hakan Aktas who I found to be very knowledgeable, an excellent surgeon and personable. Everything was thought of from the time I landed in Istanbul to the time I left, such as logistics /transportation, a nurse at the hotel for daily visits, and additional medication was provided, which made the experience easy. I found my co-ordinator Busra to be very efficient and responsive no matter what time of day it was. Even after my return home, I was in daily contact with her as after care is also very important to them. I felt that they really care about their patients, and they did an excellent job. I am very pleased with my results.

I travelled solo to Istanbul in October for rhinoplasty with Clineca, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the level of professionalism and care was outstanding.

The best clinic!! highly recommend to anyone wanting a rhinoplasty! Ayşegül was my experience coordinator and she was amazing throughout, she was with me every step of the way and i felt fully supported by her, she made me feel very comfortable and confident in the procedure. my surgeon was Dr Engin Selamioğlu and i couldn't ever ask for a better surgeon, we did the 3D simulation where he talked through what could be achieved and he was very straightforward which i liked, he showed me what is realistic through the simulation- after surgery he showed me the picture and they were exact to what we had done together in the simulation. Everybody at Clineca made me feel so comfortable and supported with this life changing decision. Anyone wanting rhinoplasty this is the place to go!!!

I had my rhinoplasty in November 2025 by Dr Orkun and I am really happy with the results. You can see the skills and expertise behind with the results especially during the healing process as the incision scars are almost invisible and my nose is healing at a good pace. The whole experience was amazing from the transfers, hotel stay, daily nurse check up and the care during the hospital stay, my co-ordinatior Ahu was really sweet and answered any questions I had. The only thing I would change is having stronger post surgery medication when I was in the hospital for pain, other than that everything else was amazing!! I’m genuinely so happy I went with Clineca - i’m from the UK btw.

The whole journey was genuinely a great experience. After asking for more details someone reached out and patiently walked me through everything. She was kind, thorough, and very supportive in the weeks leading up to my surgery. A little before my trip, I was introduced to my in person assistant in Turkey, and she was just as wonderful. She was incredibly sweet and made sure I felt supported the entire time I was there.

I also had a really good experience with the Dr. He was knowledgeable, reassuring, and very easy to talk to. The nurses who visited the hotel every day were attentive and made me feel truly cared for. There were a couple of small miscommunications with the hotel, but nothing related to the surgery itself.
