I came for my first visit from London travelling alone June 2024 for face and neck lift. I was highly anxious about going abroad to get any sort of treatment because I felt if anything did not go to plan then that trip could easily be disastrous in many way . Since the price was affordable in comparison to London, I found the courage to take the plunge . That courage came largely due to the considerable amount of care towards me from an employee named Celine . At every moment of my venture, I felt carried by her calm and confident professional manner . I always felt open about anything I had on my mind and that anxiety woulld be put into perspective.
Thank you Celine because if it wasn’t for you working over and above your duty t answering me , I would never of come to Turkey. At each stage of my journey, I was completely looked after. Before
Leaving Uk airport, the professional clinic’s taxi transport system reached out to me in excellent service to reassure mw that there will be someone waiting for me a Turkey airport to bring me to the Clinic.
On arriving at the Clinic Expert Centre, I was able to rest into my procedure booked the next morning. The doctors are thorough aswell as the administrative team and delivery of care is A Class. So
Much so that I have returned to get a full body tidy up. It’s always such a pleasure to visit and leave looking even more beautiful

This is professional hospital registered with turky health ministry. You can trust this clinic.

I done my gastric swallowable allurion ballon. But i had to take it out because of side affect. Please note this procedure is not for everyone. It is save to so but you could end up like me. I had to pay another £400 pound to take it out. I believe i shouldnt be charged because its not my fault.

In terms of clinic they are wonderful. Azat was my consultant he was excellent through the processes. He try to convince me to keep the ballon but i couldnt hold on because of the pain and vomiting for 72 hours.

I do recommend this clinic to everyone out there but bear in mind that everything cost and it may not work its not clinic fault.

Guys please don’t use this clinic you’ll seriously regret it the way I’m doing now. I wish I had never used this DISGUSTING company and had to deal with the incompetent and hideous staff from the sales team and the post operation support team. These guys have said to me they going to charge me £500 then £250 for a revisit of my transplant which failed as these guys did not do it correctly and use insufficient graphs which they don’t take no ownership for and I have been penalised as a result of this. I have been very transparent and explained how they are going to charge me if I get a transplant done again but the staff member accused me of lying because he said he’ll do it for free but that’s only the transplant which isn’t free in my eyes as I will have to book a hotel, transportation out of my own pocket so how that is free beats me. Even if they do it for free I will have to fork out so much more money for the hotel, transport and also flight tickets there due to no fault of my own but due to the fault of this clinic. I have also taken second advice from clinics in Turkey who have confirmed if a transplant has failed we will do a revisit for free including hotel, accommodation and flights which this clinic are refusing to do. They go if the transplant has failed we will refund the customer if he can’t do a revisit but this clinic are nothing but money grabbing thieves. They have refunded people before but are now saying im lying even though people have reached out to me after I’ve left these reviews. You need to either give me a new transplant for free including hotel,flights etc or give me a full refund. These guys are also refusing to speak to my lawyer who reached out to them that’s another massive red flag. Please guys I urge you to never use these guys and save your money.

Edit: the healing phase is not going well. The vibe was pay the money and we will do whatever you ask us to do.
They have no feeling if something will suit your autonomy

Had a very good experience in this clinic. I’m very happy with the results of my surgery, and was very well treated by staff. There were some miscommunication here and there, but it hasn’t altered my opinion.

Stay on contact with me before I arrive to Istanbul till now by calling and texting in daily base to check on me - fast and amazing service from him.

I had a thread facelift with Clinic Expert in January and i was told that it was the best option for me and would last 5-7 years. It cost €3400 and i was told to come in that morning at 10 oclock and was still sitting in the waiting area at 4pm. After my treatment i asked the doctor his name but he didnt want to give it to me and told me to check on instagram if i had any issues. I have contacted them since with a few issues and queries but they didnt even reply to me. The threads became sore and itchy after a few months but they didnt seem interested and my face looks the exact same as it did before the lift. Once my swelling went down so did the results. I dont recommend this treatment or this clinic

I am truly pleased with the hair plantation treatment I received from ClinicExpert. The team was caring and highly skilled, ensuring that I didn't feel any pain during the operation. Great experience for start to finish . Can was great form day one and answered any questions. I was travelling alone so was worried 😟 but no need to be . The hospital was amazing and the hotel from nurses to the surgeon to the translators 5 stars 🌟 l will post again when my surgery settles to see how l rate that but so far so good

They flag and remove genuine reviews and deny ever knowing you! They harassed me for months now and don’t stop despite my best efforts. They need to leave me alone! Shocking behaviour shows this company is just a rip off merchant. Stay away they are not genuine.

I had the Gastric sleeve surgery in January 2024, with DR. Seymur A. The best doctor !! Lost 58 pounds in 5 months. I recommend this doctor with all my heart and trust, I am very grateful to him !! Get in touch with BERMET if you want to have THE BEST service. Always available and very helpful!!
One negative thing, do not buy your flight ticket with them, bad experience. But for the rest - they are professionals!!

I had my teeth treated in the dental department and then the beautiful 28 got zirconium crowns.
I would like to thank Ms.Dr. Sena and her assistant for the great atmosphere during the treatment - they turned on the music to distract me:) Dental treatment is not my favorite activity:) They also stayed until 10:00 p.m. to prepare the crowns for the rehearsals in time. Thanks to Mister Hasan - he liked to look after the guests in lounge - very attentive as if they were his guests. Thanks to the interpreters and organizers - great performance! From start to finish, everything was well planned and executed. Best quality A+++

I had Brest surgery for my wife it was very bad from first week and we re do it in Saudi after two month of pain and bleeding. My self I had face left it was very bad one for my eye I re do it again. The doctor name who maid for me and my wife Atali very dengous doctor.

I am writing this review after 4 years of getting the hair treatment done from Clinic expert. Unfortunately the results have been extremely poor. Also, I am 100% sure that they do not transplant the number of grafts that they promise.
It was a painful process as well even after several months of surgery which usually isn't normal.
They give you lifetime guarantee but when you try to get in touch with them, there are no replies from clinic expert .
Also, the pricing that they tell you over the phone is completely different from when you are actually there and they force you to purchase some of their kits which are useless.
I felt it was a trap for me and will recommend to avoid this clinic.

I been to clinic twice for my surgery. Doctors and the nurses really took care of me. Very friendly. My flight and all the arrangement was excellent. Mr Aziz Akyyev took care of me and my wife. From the airport to clinic and to the hotel was perfect. Thank you Aziz Akyyev. I recommend any patient to Aziz. Awesome job
